This game isn't optimized yet.
Who knows what it'll be able to run on once completed.
For the record:
I don't think CC on the DS is going to happen.
It's more likely to appear on xbla if anything.

I know but I'm just saying what would be most likely.
It seems like that's where they're going with it.

No, id released Doom for the 360 arcade but still had all the rights to it. As long as they had legal, they could release it on the arcade and Microsoft wouldn't have a single pixel of it.

Look guys, I'm a big homebrew guy on my DS, so I know a bit about it. Homebrew makers have problems even with getting a web browser to work properly, and with 133mHz (you could overclock it, but it would still be slower than my 7 year old computer), physics is not an option here. My computer has problems running it, and it has 1.5gb of RAM and a 1.6gHz processor. The DS would be running at somewhere above 133mHz and 8mb of RAM, with all modifications made. There is no way that the processor could handle Cortex Command. Heck, homebrew people are having problems running Quake (90 mHz, but a lot of RAM. Also, graphics processing have to be put onto the processor). So yeah, don't get your hopes up. A better platform would be the GP2X, but that's only 233 mHz. Who knows... The bolded part is a lie. I have a 256 RAM 1.2 ghz comp. and I've never had problems unless using crazy mods, so you're full of crap.
Yeah, but the mods are the best part... right?
No, I usually don't have problems running just vanilla CC, but I'll get the occasional crazy thing that just freezes CC and causes it to crash... anyway bottom line:
Impossible.

Also, Doom belongs to an actual company with lawyers and crap.

Ok.
It's possible.
Memory?
Anyone ever heard of a Supercard?
They hold, like, 30 DS games.
Crazy possible.
Mods?
Download off computer.

thats what ive been trying to say!!!
CC for the DS could come with a huge supercard thing like Here for the mods said.
and the mods could be hosted on Wi-Fi or downloaded with a USB cable like action replay.

Why is this goddamn thread still around.
THE PROCESSOR WON'T TAKE IT.
Or you cut out 90% of the physics, in which case it is no longer CC.

i think CC could be for the DS cuz i use like 10 different action replay codes at 1 time on metroid prime hunters when i do Wi-Fi and it runs super smooth. MPH is a 3D game and when me and my bro play on wifi it doesnt even takes less than half a second to respond from his DS to mine, so it could have the processing power. MAYBE
