Right, Rules are simple. Post a Question and a Answer (in spoilers), the Next poster has to answer it, without looking at the Spoiler until He/she/it has Written down their answer. No using Google. All of the top of your head. Questions should be Hard. Such as Historical or scientific ones. ________________________________________________________________ Posters Guess : Not Applicable Right Or Wrong? : Not Applicable Question : What is the term said when a Flintlock weapon fails to discharge the main power deposit, thus failing to fire a projectile, but igniting the primary ignition deposit in the flashpan. 42? That's the wrong answer, so I'm not sure you're supposed to post another question. Anyway the first is from matrix, I don't remember which one, the second from portal, and I have no idea about the third. |

The Matrix, that one creepy bald kid who lives with the Oracle. Portal, the RATMAN wrote it on the walls in the broken-down panels of the test chamber. PROBABLY Psychonauts, but I guess it could be something else - he's the crazy guy with the weird, twisty mind-level full of garbage cans, mailboxes, lawn ornaments etc. that survey you, and all the PI people-thingers. When is the first 'Rod from God' orbital platform supposed to be online, according to DARPA? 2025 |

Mehman, if the questions either of you posted had been reasonably answerable without googling, sure. But they were not. VonBarren's could be... guessed from the way he phrased it, and anyone here who doesn't know "the cake is a lie" has been living under a rock. So... No u. |

Well these are supposed to be difficult questions, and anyone who one day saw a periodic table of the elements knows that berylium has four protons, and therefore four electrons in its neutral state, therefore it can't have a fifth ionization energy, it's not as if it requires you to calculate it or anything. Also apophis is an ancient egyptian god, it's also a character of the series stargate sg1, I think it's the name given to an asteroid too. Edit: Question: What is the name of the distance unit equal to the Earth-Sun distance, approximately equal to 150 million kilometres. |

The Astronomical Unit, or AU for short. Someone else feel free to post a question, I think we should keep from having the same handful of people asking the questions. |
