Crush the demons corpse.

Eh, heh...

He's alive.

Read the event at the bottom.

Also, why would i be panicking when my head is on fire if i control fire? It like, if one was immortal, he wouldn't care if he had a sword through his stomach, becuase he's immortal.

Fire can still burn you if you don't control it

Controlling fire does not mean that you are burn proof.

For example, my powers grant me power over mass, yet I am not able to move in a area caused by my own powers.

And hence why my arm began rapidly decaying.

Post Re: Roll to Dodge - Illusia (Roll #75)
The reaction of panic is usually caused by the inability to help oneself avoid pain. It is a natural human reaction, thus it is pretty difficult to stop.

Your ability allows you to control fire. It does NOT, I repeat, does NOT make you immune to flames. That ability would be called "Immunity to Flames." Get my drift? If you focus well enough, you can control fire to the point that it would not burn you even when it seems to be right next to your skin, but if the flames are burning of their own accord (like the ones on your head) you'll still be hurt by them.

Gain control of those flames, and you'll be perfectly fine. But until then, you're still going to suffer the negative effects of having a flaming head.

Also, ROLLING!

Torrent (Gillian) (12 - 3 = 9)

You once again put a hand over your ribs, and feel a cool sensation flow through you. You hold them there for a longer period of time, but it doesn't change the effect. The comforting, high feeling of pain relief comes back.

"Ahhh..."

Ociamarru (Nikolai) (3)

Aight, time for action.
You leap forward and thrust out with your palm. (3 v. 3) Somehow, you miss. How could you miss that?

Thinking about it doesn't make you feel any less incompetent.

caekdaemon (Anderson) (6)

(I was unaware of whether or not you wanted to use your Mass Charge. Since you did not mention it in your move, I assumed no. If you have any grievances... well, I'm not going to rewrite what happened. Just use it next turn if this is the case.)

You whip out your powers once more, this time bringing it down forcefully upon the demon. The field you create surrounds his entire body, and it seems to weigh him down, but only slightly. It isn't enough to break through the strength of desperation and rage.

CaveCricket (Raphael) (-)

"Finish the damn thing before it gets up again!"

You sit back and watch as the team attempts to kill of the thing before it eats Gabriel. Considering that it isn't dead yet, you're not quite satisfied with their performance.

Tokochiro (Johni) (9 - 1 = 8)

You summon up your clones again, and despite your commanding air, they absolutely refuse to listen. They don't even appear this time. You've obviously pissed them off by using them too much. Give them a break, you slavedriver!

Adam (Adam) (5 - 4 = 1)

You try to cut through the panic of having a flaming head, but it doesn't really work. In an attempt to make the flames useful, you quickly decide that you should turn it into a blade of fire.
First step is to make the flames bigger, then bend them into the shape you want.

... You got the first part!

NPCs

Gabriel (2 + 2 = 4)

Gabriel is kind enough to pull his blade back out of the giant's finger. He somehow manages to fit it into the tiny space where he's being held, but not without complaint.
"Dammit, now there's blood running down my leg."

He's pretty nonchalant for someone who could die in a few seconds.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The demon, with another cry of pain, goes into hysteria.

It opens its hand, launching Gabriel into the air...
And releases a bloodcurdling screech as it goes into a flailing mania.

Gabriel is in midair, above the demon.

Well that's embarrasing. I assumed that you would assume that I would want to use the mass charge.
Crunch with the mass charge.

Wish I could make better guesses.

Goddammit use Temporal Control to age the demon's legs or something.
