Still only able to post on weekends...
I'll try harder to find extra time during the week. I might be able to squeeze one in on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Until then, we'll just have to roll with it.

Torrent (Gillian) (1)

You charge up the mace in your hand, blue energy pulsing through it, and swing with all the force you can muster. However, you miss, and the momentum of the blow carries you into the air. You fly across the road, still gripping your mace, and smack roughly against the pavement.

Your body begins to ache again....




Ociamarru (Nikolai) (11)

Goosebumps begin to crawl up your skin as you beg the effect on your arm to undo itself.
You hastily work to counteract the sped-up time by reversing and slowing it. Your arm reverts back to what it looked like before.

But you feel... sluggish.




caekdaemon (Anderson) (1)

"♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crunch time."
With a grin, you point your arm at the demon, and fire.

... Wait a second. You realize that firing a ball of mega-mass wouldn't do anything. You would need an object with force behind it to do any damage. What you should really be doing is punchi-

*FWOOF*

You start feeling all tingly as tiny concentrated mass fields explode like confetti and begin to take effect on different parts of your body. You fall over. Your leg and arm feel so heavy that you can't even think about moving them.




CaveCricket (Raphael) (9 - 2 = 7)

You morph into a dragonfly without much problem. It seems to be pretty random whether or not this damn power works. All you know is that if you can picture it, you can try.

You also notice that your injuries have not faded. They've just moved to the most logical parts of your shapeshifted body.



Tokochiro (Johni) (12 - 3 = 9)

You run for dear life, then realize that the demon isn't moving. Oh.

You also whisper an apology to the clones that got horribly massacred because of your orders.
They seem to be slightly appeased.




Adam (Adam) (4 - 2 = 2)

"Bet he wont SEE this coming"

You try to set the demon's eyes on fire. Wait, what? Do eyes even burn? You're not quite sure, but your lack of concentration makes it impossible to burn anything at all.
Your head starts to hurt even more from all this thinking.




NPCs

Gabriel (6 + 2 = 8)

"Let's try something..."

Gabriel morphs his sword into a giant bladed boomerang and throws it in the demon's general direction.

It's kind of hard to miss.
The blade slices a gash into the beast's chest and makes a U-turn.

The sword returns to him, and he catches it deftly.

The giant rears back and screams again, then locks its eyes on Gabriel. It begins making its way towards him.

Making more clones doesn't make more weapons.
It makes people. (Who are CLOTHED, by the way.)

Waiting on Ociamarru and Adam.

If my week isn't too busy, I may be able to post on Monday or Tuesday.

That is... if we get all our rollers!

I'd help more, but 1-2 inch claws aren't going to kill the ♥♥♥♥ and with my luck, if I try and kill it with time control I'll revert all its wounds back to being gone.

As you guessed, rolling during the week wasn't an option with all the schoolwork I've been doing.
Yeah, it sucks. I wish I had more time.

... But let's not waste any more time, shall we? On with the battle!

"Blew his jaw off, stabbed an eye out... I've done my part. You guys have fun now."

Clutching your side, you shuffle away from the battle and take cover behind one of the many buildings by the clearing. You can't really see what's going on, but living seems a bit more important right now.




Ociamarru (Nikolai) (7)

Glad to stop screwing around with time, you sit down and take a breather.

... as the demon continues slowly progressing towards Gabriel.




caekdaemon (Anderson) (12)

Quickly and calmly, you urge the little fields to reform around your usable hand. They do, taking the weight off of most of your body.

... Then you realize that your the hand the charge is around feels like a bowling ball.




CaveCricket (Raphael) (7 - 2 = 5)

Transformation time...

Dragonfly.

You pick up speed, fly right past Gabriel, and brace yourself as you make your second transformation.

BUFFALOOOOO!

There is a loud crack as you make contact with the giant's head, followed by an unearthly scream of pain.
You fall over, turning back into normal form. Fireworks are exploding in your head.

Painful fireworks.



Tokochiro (Johni) (12 - 3 = 9)

You summon up all your clones, and command them to help all those who are hurt. Then you realize your stupidity in this statement.
What the hell are a bunch of unarmed clones going to do to heal people? They don't have any equipment, nor do they have special healing powers, like Gillian does.

Your clones break out into fierce argument for a while, and then slowly settle down. One of them marches up to you, and gives you a rather rude gesture with his right hand.

Then they all disappear.




Adam (Adam) (5 - 3 = 2)

"Viva la flame, ♥♥♥♥♥"

You imagine how his head's going to look when it's flaming. You chuckle. He'll be like a giant, furry torch.
... Hey! It's not working! No matter how much you push for it, you can't make the demon's head catch fire.

Damn it!

Gabriel sighs as the giant begins falling for the second time.

"Well that was too easy."

After Raphael's attack, the demon staggers. Putting a giant hand to its head, it falls to the ground in a heap.
The party sits still, wondering if it's still alive.

And before anyone can think, its arm has reached out like lightning - to grab Gabriel.

The giant holds Gabriel up as if contemplating how to finish him off.

"Hey, fatty. Get the ♥♥♥♥ offa me."

The transforming sword erupts out of the back of the demon's hand and the monster screams aloud.

That shortens his decision.
