Fire both arms again. Fire concussive, aiming for chest, then DU, aiming for the knees.

He simply lowers his shield towards the ground a bit, and swings it forward, smashing straight through all the earthen spikes. He then continues forward and swings his shield again, hitting you. You fall back onto your ass, glad you raised your gun up in time to protect yourself.


Ociamarru (Vadim Ivanov) [8]:
You fumble with your FN F2000, trying to put it away so you can prepare for melee combat. Then suddenly, the dwarf is right in front of you. And oh dear he just sliced your gun. That wasn't very kind of him. You drop the two halves of your weapon and scramble backwards.


Tokochiro (Mana) [2]:
You pull the trigger on your grenade launcher, while somehow forgetting to aim.
The grenade flies up into the air and detonates harmlessly.
The dwarf charges into you shield first, and you go flying to the ground.


Amazigh ("Amazigh") [5]:
With the dwarf a bit closer, you fire your Plasma Caster. The shot darts forward and splashes across the dwarf's shield, dispersing harmlessly. Dammit!
"Wait nononono stay awaaay!"
You raise your arms to block the dwarf's attack, and it works a bit. His sword hits your arm, slicing into the metal. Mercifully, it doesn't go deep enough to sever anything, and your arm still works after he pulls his sword out.


Tomaster (Vladimír Shurla) [7]:
This time, you aim the Hammerhead round for the chest, and the DU round for his legs. He sees you aiming, and jumps just before you fire. Once again, the Hammerhead round reaches first, sending the dwarf spinning in the air very rapidly. Then the DU round hits the ground below him, sending a shockwave and spray of dirt up at him. The combined force of the spin and the shockwave cause the dwarf to lose his grip on his shield, which goes flying off about 50 feet away. He lands rather messily, and groans as he attempts to get back up.


caekdaemon (VN Warrior) [8]:
Gyro moves out of the way just in time for you to flail various legs in the direction of the dwarf. He raises his shield, and the legs are all deflected off it harmlessly. The dwarf retreats, cautious of the legs and their flailing.

Raphael: Uninjured Dwarf wielding shortsword
Vadim: Uninjured Dwarf wielding axe
Mana: Uninjured Dwarf wielding axe
Amazigh: Uninjured Dwarf wielding shortsword
Vladimir: Dazed Dwarf wielding axe. Lost his shield.

How you like 'dem apples? And by apples, I mean explosive rounds.
Get closer to the dwarf, but not within melee range, and then send two DU rounds into his knees, and a concussive round at his head. Fire the DU's first.

I'm attempting to kneecap him, if you haven't noticed.

Uh...psionically create a strong-as-hell spring with a platform on top right underneath the dwarf, and send that ♥♥♥♥ flying upwards and at an angle.

The dwarf moves to slice you with his sword, but you roll to the right, spin to your feet, direct your Spas up into his face, and pull the trigger. It fires a slug point blank, and the dwarf is blasted backwards, his helmet thrown even further. He hits the ground, the rolls backwards to his feet, still alive. Lucky for him, he tilted his head back just in time to avoid death.
His head is bleeding from the slug grazing him, but he seems fine. His helmet on the other hand, now has a large dent in it, rendering it unusable. He seems a bit unsteady on his feet.

You create some sort of cartoon spring platform right below you to launch the dwarf.
Wait.
What?
You go flying backwards through the air, flailing wildly and screaming, while the dwarf buries his axe into the platform moments after you're launched.
You crash into the ground, something in your leg goes snap, and suddenly you find yourself unable to walk.


Tokochiro (Mana) [5]:
You turn around, scramble to your feet, and run the hell out of there. The dwarf gives chase, and all attempts to remove eyeballs are met with futility.

Amazigh ("Amazigh") [9]:
You back away, firing your autocannon at the dwarf. He isn't expecting the attack, and one of the FAPDS rounds hits him directly in the shoulder holding his shield. The rest of the rounds are deflected by his armor in some way. His arm goes limp and he drops the shield, while clutching the wound with his free hand.


Tomaster (Vladimír Shurla) [7]:
You begin walking towards the dwarf while firing your cannons more. One of the DU rounds hits the dwarf's knee, and he screams in pain, then rolls to the side to avoid the second and your Hammerhead round.


caekdaemon (VN Warrior) [2]:
Oh dear your leg flailing seems to have robbed you of-
*WHAM*
Your balance...
The dwarf stays a healthy distance, unsure of what to think of this strange robot.


Game Events:
Raphael: Uninjured Dwarf wielding shortsword. Lost his Helmet.
Vadim: Uninjured Dwarf wielding axe.
Mana: Uninjured Dwarf wielding axe.
Amazigh: Injured Dwarf wielding shortsword. Lost his shield, wounded Left Shoulder.
Vladimir: Injured Dwarf wielding axe. Lost his shield, Kneecap shot.
VN Warrior: Uninjured Dwarf wielding axe.
