Glitch from changing races probably. Skill data from the job you started as gets converted to another race's, and it's not a perfect shift.

Also your Power Sash is inferior in every way to the Galmia Frock. Even if you want the skills for being a Juggler or whatever you can just change to it later, since you have to be on that job to start learning.

I figured defense was covered, so I just grabbed the sash. Also, was in a rush. Might change the equips later.
