It looks like it was made in some terribly shitty program from the late 90's. Well, it's the best you're likely to get, and better than nothing. A small note at the bottom says the helicopter will drop you at "I,1". "Yeah, okay, where are we supposed to go? I'd like to get there as fast as possible, at this point." "Doesn't say. After I've been updated with our admittedly-limited intel, scale the tallest tree I find - use psionic body enhancement, and obviously my hooked gloves. Scout the area for any sort of structures/landmarks/etc. that looks noteworthy. Then, relay what I find through my earpiece.
