Hmmm...from what I can tell after seeing the various rolls, it's basically cheepsauce godmode with a timer that eventually runs out, then you're back to being equal with everyone else. I mean, you can't deny that you're way more powerful than the other characters.

I swear if I don't get to that guy next turn I'm going to make the roll give me Medical Virtuoso: all rolls dealing with medicine automatically turn out 5's (which includes ANYTHING involving the body and science at the same time).

Well, if you made two enhancements that synchronized the vagina lady parts and penis male parts and caused them to orgasm cum climax simultaneously, that would be a more efficient and satisfactory experience for both participants.

Wouldn't it just be easier to have a brain implant to do the same? Zippity zap on your brain surface and bam you're as happy as a clam.

Brain implants are more likely to malfunction and have bigger repercussions if they do screw up.
