Doubt you'll see much of that out in the field, but a .50 cal machine gun mounted on your shoulder or something would probably do fine for anti-personnel." "Hmm... I'm gonna grab some coffee, it should be done by now. You guys want anything while I'm up?" "Agh ♥♥♥♥, bring napkins!" Your compatriot seems to have spilled his ketchup. You head over to the coffee maker and pour yourself a mug, then grab a fistful of napkins for your friend. Everyone sees you go for the coffee, and they dive in like a pack of jackels. You laugh to yourself as you get back to your table and hand the napkins to your be-ketchup'd ally. Roast Veg Aark-han [1-2=1]: The doctor sees you being in tremendous pain, and gives a tired, impatient sigh. He looks around to see if anyone is watching, then goes into a side room for a second. You can hear him rummaging around. Soon he comes back with a small vial of clear liquid and a syringe. "Tel you what, I'll give you this to kill the pain. Don't tell anyone, I'm only supposed to use this when you're missing a leg or something." You gladly present your arm, and the kind doctor injects you with a shot of the clear liquid. You ask for anti-personnel and then you want anti-vehicle weaponry? There's a big difference between those, and you can't use javeline missiles against people, it's just not effective and it can't lock on to them.

Hi there! I'm ShadowKiller, and I never shut up! In my opinion, "personnel" is defined as enemies who aren't in Mechas. So a tank, while still a probable threat, would be considered personnel. Actual people, like military units, probably aren't that big a threat against a 62' tall Mecha.

Again, infantry can still carry armor penetrating missiles that have a very nasty payload, so they CAN damage a mech from medium range. And it seems personnel can be people in mechs as well, dictionaries are awesome like that (that means we were both wrong)
