You stick your arm out and draw electricity from the air, forming it into the shape of a person. A crackling frame of arcing electricity in the shape of a human forms in front of you, and you look it over.
Not bad, not bad. But can it move? Wait, who cares, it hasn't exploded in your face.



Ociamarru (Vadim Ivanov) [9]:
You try doing some stuff with Psionics. Stuff happens. When you look at the stuff, you get a sort of... sense from it. It's really difficult to describe. You can identify it easily, no problem there, but putting it into words is... Yeah it's just not gonna happen. You look around at the others and... Uh... ok they look... yeah you're pretty sure they don't normally look like that. All shifty and changey and... man, not being able to explain this sucks.


Amazigh ("Amazigh") [2]:

You carefully open the box.

Ha no, not really. It's a bunch of mechanical parts. You look them over and quickly decide you have NO idea what they're for. Great.


Tomaster (Vladimír Shurla) [2]:
"Yeah, I hope I have a better way of fighting. Cause I don't much enjoy being a 5 inch tall person."
You open the box.
It is full of scorpions.
You swear copiously and throw the box away, sending scorpions everywhere. After they clear away, you inch around to the other side of the box and look in from a safe distance. Some kinda robot parts? What?
"Why the hell were there scorpions in there?!"


GlowstickNinja (Jackson Winters) [4]:
"Cool!"
You swing your new spear around a bit, and smash the spearhead into the ground. It crashes against the stone, leaving a decent sized dent. Certainly larger than what would result from just the spearhead hitting normally, but nothing earth shattering. So, it doesn't automatically integrate your powers...


Fail Flail (Grif Mason) [7]:
Fix? You're a pilot in a giant robot. There's no fixing on your own.

Normally, a cloud of mist appears in the middle of the arena, hiding the new opponents from view.
This time, it's a large tornado of mist. When it clears, 6 near identical figures stand in the middle of the arena. They're all wearing a lightly armored orange and black jumpsuit, some with more armor, others with weapons. The rightmost one cracks her knuckles slowly.
"Now where the flying ♥♥♥♥ is that dickhead Ruskie."

I feel very, very sorry for Tomaster.

Rest in peace pieces buddy.

Your Lightning Clone shoots forward towards the Nairles, but they scatter, each one running towards a different Roller. The one that goes for you runs at your clone, jumps and flips in the air, then while still upside down in the air, fires twin pistols into your lightning clone very quickly, before flipping back rightside up and landing in front of you, both guns aimed straight for you.
"I'm #1, Dual Pistol Kaitenken."
You try to form more electricity, but #1 spins and plants her foot on your chest then shoves, sending you sprawling backwards.



Ociamarru (Vadim Ivanov) [8]:
"...The ♥♥♥♥ did I do?"
You look at the Nairles. From the left, the second and fifth have a bright blue tint to them, while the sixth one is just surrounded in a huge blazing orange aura.
Then, the Nairles split up, and one of the blue tinted ones dashes towards you. She's wearing several shiny silver metal pieces across her body, on her wrists, shoulders, feet, thighs, and larger heavier chest and pelvis segements. Her armor plazes to life on her approach, a 4 pointed star of bright blue diamonds appearing at each metal piece, just like the Nairle fought before.
You pump up your body with Psionics, form some slim but hard Psionic plates around your body for protection, and lean forward, both hands out and ready to catch Nairle's attack. She does the same moments before she collides with you, and your hands meet in a contest of strength. The ground beneath the two of you craters, and you're shocked at the strength this little lady has.
"Hey, you got #5, Perfected Bluepetal. Poor you, I'm second strongest."



Amazigh ("Amazigh") [1]:
Your new Mecha is certifiably sexy. It all links in via neural interfaces, and the weapon and general tech is years ahead of your normal Mech. From a look at the other two Mechas on your team, you surmise that they're all smooth and very humanoid looking, with very similar physics in general. Maybe some kind of advanced biomechanical stuff? Vlad's Mecha is significantly bulkier you notice, while Grif's is quite lanky and skinny. You assume yours strikes a balance between the two, and a small spark of recognition tickles the back of your mind. You brush it away as one of the Nairles shoots forward and tackles you to the ground, driving a long gunmetal grey katana into the ground between your body and your arm.
"Hi there."
"Hey. I'm Amazigh."
"#3. Sword Kaitenken. Nice to meet you. Sorry, but I gotta kick your ass now."
"Likewise."



Tomaster (Vladimír Shurla) [7]:
"They always come back for more."
You raise your Mecha's gun-covered arms and activate the Full Gunpower mode. Your Mecha's feet crouch down and the waist releases, allowing you to pivot like a turret, while your arms lock forward and your shoulders and back slide open, revealing MORE guns. Your firepower has effectively doubled.
You put all of that firepower to use, and unload at the Nairle who made a threat at you. The area around her explodes into a very large amount of smoke, fire, and shrapnel as your weapons unload a ridiculous amount of ammunition in her direction. After a good 5 seconds of sustained fire, you stop for a moment.
...
...
She walks out of the cloud of smoke, waving her hand in front of her face to clear the smoke.
"#6, Full Power Nairle. And you're about to get the living ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ out of you."
"Heh."
She stops in her tracks, and you notice that she has a vein pulsing on her forehead. Wow, you didn't know that actually happened when people get angry.



GlowstickNinja (Jackson Winters) [8]:
"I apologize for having to do this madams, but attacking that damn Russian won't fix anything, and if you chose to do so I will be forced to retaliate. Let it be known I don't enjoy or condone hitting ladies."
She completely ignores you, instead walking steadily towards Vlad.
You DO however get one of the other Nairles coming at you, and you slam your spear into the ground, then both hands. A bevvy of organic spikes crash upwards out of the ground, travelling in a wave towards the Nairle coming towards you. She stops, then leaps into the air spinning, and out of somewhere pulls a sword, swinging it around with her rotations. Suddenly, several of your spikes are missing their tops, and she falls down and lands among the blunted spikes.
You notice she's got the sword in her right hand, and a pistol in her left.
"Not bad. #4, Dual Kaitenken. You look like a decent opponent."


Fail Flail (Grif Mason) [7]:
"Ladies, I know you're all going to be Russian to get some, and there's no point in Stalin, so get over here and I'll be Putin it in."
"...Whoever fights him, rip his arm off and beat him with it."
The Nairles split, and one comes for you. You get ready for her to attack, but she doesn't, instead skidding to a stop a good 20 feet away. She's... wait, this is exactly the same as the Nairle you fought earlier!
...Not that you would know, not being around for it.
But still!
"#2, Prototype Bluepetal. Just a fair warning, you THOROUGHLY earned this beating with those puns."
