First, you need to make a character. see the first post for an explanation. then, you need to be on the wating list, which will nudge you up every time somebody dies (like now). then, we'll teach you from there. Don't make your character to overpowered (I think mine sets the limit on the up side)

ALSO, I think you're a tad confused about what railguns are with gauss guns . Railguns are like giant supersonic slingshots in a tube, sorta like if you maxed the speed on a recvolver cannon, RAPING anything with up to medium armor and putting holes in anything with armor. No fallout because it uses magnets to fire, very crude but effective
