Grab one of the Medusas by the head and turn the harpy to stone while Tybereus keeps the other busy until you can kill them

OK, ambushes can be harsh- Do like Duh said, focus on the Medusa, let Tyberius handle the others at first, and then pick them off, weakest to strongest (by remaining HP).

I think we should simultaneously hit the herpies and one medusa with john with the German super smash thing and let Tyberius dish out some damage to the two medusa's. 4 Birds with a mallet and clock.

EDIT: I can't believe I spelled Simultaneously correctly

Wait a minute, can we do 1 hit KO's on the Medusa with John?

So for 1 turn we have at max two hits, one from John and one from Tyberious.
Assuming that we do 1 hit KO's on Medusa's, the best bet is to take down at max, 1 medusa, while doing damage to a medusa from Tyberious, like Ariamaki said. Although I think it would be prudent to have Tyberious slowly damage the Harpie while we take out the Medusa's.

I think that should be our battle plan, assuming my assumptions.

Yeah, if those turn out to be correct, then I say go for it- Minimum damage to ourselves, even if it means a longer fight or a bit more stress. Ty can be repaired if he is injured, which just takes parts-- But we require healing, which either means leveling or that SUPER expensive food.

Just grab a medusa head and flash it at the harpy. The harpy "should" turn to stone leaving you and tyberious to finish off the weaklings.

Wait doesn't tyberious have some kind of special ability?

Its Chrono ability I think, I Believe it allows it to slow down time. If so we should slow down time and smash these things down.
