Readjust memory transfer, make people able to access the hive but add download delays, also focus group the possibility of making memory transfer a sort of currency.


Use our lab already focused on biotech to make update for the chip, make it able to receive plugins. Put a secret kill-switch into the chip: DO NOT MAKE IT ABLE TO KILL, instead make it able to disable the chip if need be.

Finish dock. Add access for our scientists.

i don't think that'll cut it versus something four times bigger than a colony ship

EDIT: though i see you are working on a cruiser
can you try to get a GUNGNIR battleship up as fast as possible?

I was thinking the Ypsilon, the blast may even takeout the rest of the fleet.

What's the hybrid Gehenna/Canis area? Is that just a designator for where trade and immigration is taking place?

I think so, it might be united territory where our people are working together and where trade is booming.

SCIENCE
SCICORP) Atmosphere based genetic engineering. Super humans!
An experimentation into augmenting the human form begins, inital tests encounter the same larger margin errors while small upgrades are possible. re-engineered viruses are continuing to show their capability.
PSYCORP) Grant them their request for a super computer.
Psycorps new supercomputer is granted and construction begins on a number of prototype parts.
DEFENCECORP) Continue work on absorbing incoming energy into the shields.
Energy absorbing shielding work continues, no true energy recycle is complete however a system whereby the force of the impact is converted to energy is in a working state. The current design stops most weaponry from touching the hull so long as the shield emitters remain online, any ordanance inside the field is expelled after its entry into the field generates some energy.
ATTACKCORP) Try and make the particle cannons mountable on a turret.
Particle cannon design is increased to allow a turret mount. A small increase to the size along with the weapons weight is required but it is done.

Expand the orbital starbase to include a civilian space port. Mirror the Gehennan citizenship and trading programs, along with the cultural ones.

Canis Tourism opens its arms for the dour Gehennans. there is some tourism but not as much as would be expected. the number of customers also almost 50/50 between canis and gehennan citizens.


Gungnir Industries

With the reactors complete they are installed to the Ypsilon along with the new fusion core injectors. Project Ypsilon is all ready to go.

Construction completes on the Motu Cruiser as an order for a GUNGNIR Battlehip is placed.

The industry sector reports good trade may be available to the outer colonies the current economic climate favours refinement and a colony with excess metal income would be able to secure trade easily. Perhaps through the comming war trade could be organised with Gehenna or Canis colonies for additional metal for war efforts.

Gehenna

Set up a large multipurpose dock (trading and shipbuilding) and give alliance members full access to the trade sector. In addition, reduce locks on immigration from Canis Minor and allow dual citizenship between them and the Gehennan corporate state.
A large multipurpose dock is built on the dorsal of moloch station. Many new trades are struck between the separate industries, with the exchange of luxury goods including personal motor vehicles from Canis attracting alot of attention while behind the scenes ore and metal trade picks up.

Equip Remote Testing Module Alpha with a fusion reactor, then continue research on "alchemy".
Project Al begins to get underway, with initial tests using a portion of the fusion reactors energy being used to manipulate substances on a atomic level. Initial results are returning a 1-5% exchange of useful metals from "scrap" material, the current system seams pretty safe.

Start work on decoding the Hylian language. Use brute force cipher-cracking algorithms along with whatever linguistic expertise we have available. If we are successful, translate the message our drone picked up.
Work to crack the Hylian language has progressed with amazing efficiency, the first and second transmission are mostly translated, some words however are still unknown. Words in italics are unsure translations, these may or may not be correct and those in bold have no correct translation yet.

minor actions
Set up the drone surveillance web.'
the drone planetary surveillance web is set up and begins to patrol local space. maintaining a vigil over Gehennan assets.

Move the drone in to obtain more information (stealthily of course).
The deepspace drone drifts now with its engines shut down attempting to remain hitting a second broadcast is transmitted back to you.
Additional images supplied by the drone show the Hylian fighters to be of an unknown number. The number patrolling is always random.

Manufacture Swarmdrone complements for all ships in my fleet and have them fitted to their respective spacecraft.
Swarmdrones are palced on order and construction begins. the first 5 frameworks are complete awaiting skinning, computers, weapons and engines.

Begin active trade and immigration/cultural mixing between Gehenna and Canis, providing SAAT science expertise, AMEC engineering, and shipping metal and small amounts of Arc-Armor in exchange for food and luxury goods.
Trade booms between the colonies and a portion of SAAT and AMEC is on loan to Canis.

The first two corvettes are build and begin their work as an additional 4 are placed on the build list.

city expansion continues with more citizens moving into the buildings almost immediately.

Planetary defense initiatives are distributed to the general populace and gigantic macrocannons are constructed on the surface to repel any space invaders.

Stationem XXVI

Micro cooling and turbine systems are created in response to the problem with Stationem scientists applauding the clever use of technology. the units are around 2m x 4m and distribution begins.

The call for variable scanning arrays is sent to the Staionem science team. Though little progress is made in the long run, a basic "three system array" is designed. the smaller triray system can perform all the actions of a colony ships scanners but at a smaller range.

Normally this action would take a turn but will be instant next turn if you send Cans. I presume thats what you wanted to send. if not you need to build some dronesies first.

Verigon

Attempts to re-legalize the common memory upload however with restrictions still leaves a small portion of the population on the "pirated" memories. The majority of the population on the new systems are dealing with the delays many working extra hours to afford the download tax.

Use our lab already focused on biotech to make update for the chip, make it able to receive plugins. Put a secret kill-switch into the chip: DO NOT MAKE IT ABLE TO KILL, instead make it able to disable the chip if need be.
The chip is updated to a remote network port. no longer do people need to be plugged in, the wireless data transfer port is not yet in public circulation.
The safety switch codename "blindside" is implemented on all existing and new chips. with authorization from you and you only can this protocol be used. disabling all chips and locking down the transfer servers.

Finish dock. Add access for our scientists.
the Cruiser dock is complete. access to scientists is given.

The Mysterium's work continues, the second chapter is complete and Kasper Hauser is once again seen as the strange idol of the colony.

TITAN Automated Industries Hiveship Sigma

The Arms database finally gives up and one of its main weaponry database is open. Work continues at cracking the ship side.

> Freighter: Idle in orbit until the refinery, silo and loading arm are set up.
The surface refinery and storage facility is online and the Freighter begins to shuttle NCM to the mothership.

Locators are loaded into the smelter and rendered down into NCM

Moles continue to stockpile ore, the stack outside the smelter fluctuates with Salvagers contributions.
>> Salvager: Salvage and stockpile. Once the smelter is done, start feeding wrecks directly into it instead of loading them onto the freighter.
The salvage unit uncovers another vehicle laden with vehicles. The salvage bot begins to dismantle the unit to bring it back piece by piece.

5"Can" light interceptor ships.

Mantri Dracona Production:
Have the Interceptors watch the unknown fighters. If they attack, retaliate.
Interceptors maintain a defensive screen around the colony ship, the fighters break and pass your colony ship at a distance. A radio broadcast is sent to the ship "welcome to Ilos Kari gentlemen, are you lost? because there is a toll for entering this system, 10 tons of food should be suitable for your, passing"

Command the colony ship to land on the barren rock/ice planet.
The colony ship advances through space towards the outermost planet, and the colony ship moves to land on the planet. The planets atmosphere is thin but unforgiving and though the landing was successful and safe a myriad of micro-punctures decorate the ships surfaces two of her 4 engines are offline due to damaged exhausts. The foreign fighters maintain patrol paths like buzzards in space above the landing site While the Can interceptors continue to patrol the space above.

Have half the tech engineers start working on some sort of basic terraforming technology, while the other half starts plans for Ground to Space cannons. Title them... "Goliath I".
From the Destorian laboratories terraforming technology begins to take shape, initial forays are unsuccessful on a large scale. more research is requested on the planet itself.
Project Goliath I however is successful with the first blueprints, basically a large magnetic accelerator cannon. The design requires de-magnetising after a few shots.


The Hybrid areas are mixed. For system E this means the Nonopan/Hylian mixed fleet. For system C this means the massed Gehanna and Canis fleet.
