Vargall looks over his new pistol again. It appears to once have been a Ruger Warhawk revolver, but modified to become semi-automatic. Two 8-round cylinders can be switched between with a flick of the wrist. The X20 scope slides upwards to reveal a mechanized quick-reload mechanism, and the foregrip splits into a small bipod with the push of a button.
A silencer is screwed into the extended barrel, which rotates to reveal a built in laser sight/flashlight/infrared flashlight combo.

This weapon makes no sense.

The FIREMAN sees through Bright's ruse, but decides to play along. Using its preternatural speed, he grabs the ork's hands before he can withdraw it.

They shake hands in wrestler kinship for a moment. Then the FIREMAN judo flips Bright.

Backsmasher grabs another fire extinguisher and dual wields his newfound water cannons at the FIREMAN!

Despite the twin blasts of water flying in his direction, the FIREMAN manages to weave away with a backflip!

AQUAMAN bursts through the doorway, attempting to envelop FIREMAN in his waves! The fire spirit scoffs at this, and dodges the bothersome superhero wannabe.


FIREMAN climbs a nearby set of shelves, and executes a 450 FLIP DIVING CORKSCREW DDT on Bright! THE CROWD GOES WILD!

Bright climbs back on his feet and brushes the dust off his shoulders, having taken absolutely no damage from the ridiculously dangerous wrestling move. He extends his hand towards the FIREMAN.

The FIREMAN is moved by Bright's resilience, and attempts to shake his hand. Then bright pulls it away with a "whoooooop!" sound.

THE FIREMAN HAS GONE BERSERK.


Allie wastes no time and swings wildly at the FIREMAN! The first hit slashes the spirit's arm, dealing 6P damage! The second cleaves the spirit's arm off, and it drops to its knees in pain, taking 7P damage.


Allie steps behind the dying elemental and aims her blade at the nape of its neck.

*schwing*

With a final 11P damage, a flaming skull falls onto the floor, rolling for a moment before beggining to fade away. A final shred of defiance glimmers in its hollow eyesockets.

"STILL... TOO... SOOOOON... ooooooooooooooooh"

The FIREMAN has been disrupted.


AQUAMAN sheates his flippers and begins to dissipate as well.
"My job here is done. No need to thank me, humans. AQUAMAN is always there for you.



What will you do?

Bright and AQUAMAN awkwardly flops their hands against one another's while making fish noises. The Covenant of the Sea thereby honored, AQUAMAN dissolves into a thin mist. He will return one day, when the stars align.

Bright GT's the FO outta there, running into the Alley before hiding inside a manhole. It's quite a tight space, but he manages to remove his disguise while in there.

Faust runs over to Vargall's car and straps in. The ork angrily honks to tell whoever's still in the station to hurry the hell up. The cops have already arrested most of the fire and are almost able to leave the donut shop!
