Lizard, I only over specifically killed one dude. Depending on whether or not he considers that overly douchebaggy I will be perfectly OK with those other two living. I am as of yet Realllly new to this, so I won't do that again.

Still a ♥♥♥♥ move, doesn't change anything. You did two turns concerning his guys after eachother. The missile alone was bad enough.

Ooh, mini-PPW battle. Must sprite PPW units. On another note, is it illegal to control two factions at one time?

It is a little silly to control two factions at once because you'll end up either fighting yourself or just teaming up with yourself (in which case you might as well have just stuck with one)

Okay, I am sure you all are devastated by my loss, but my tiny guys must retire because I ran out of things with them, and they're really weak, and it's rather silly whenever I actually do manage to murder someone using them, so yeah, I'll join again when the next game comes 'round - and by then I'll have some sub-par fullsize sprites! Actually, I plan on using either some sort of corruptive parasite from space that turns the flora in its environment into nasty things, or some robot underground base.

Just change your army, don't have to make a big deal out of it.

Re: Picture Wars[Images warning here]Now also with a sandbox!
How does one do that? Do I insta-delete the old one or something? I don't want to ruin game dynamic. Anyway, it'll take me a while to actually make anything due to me super-awesome spriting.

Hey, can I simply have a mini-turn for some PPW stuff seperate from the actual match?

Edit: declare. Orbital: (The yellow boxes are 4fighter squads supported by the heavy Frigate..)(Se7en If its not too inconvenient for you would you be willing to add your ships to said picture above?) *Klaxon Sounds* "Sir!! We have Confirmed enemy Energy Weapons fire! What is our course of action?" "Fire the Main Rail gun, and have the Hermes take evasive action. We'll drive these Miscreants from this sector!"I. Heavy Pod available to drop next turn. Planetside: !!! WILD ANTI-DOUCHE WIZARD HAS APPEARED!!!~ The strange magi uses his fancy magic to Undo the douchery.I. Again the Drones Base Side hold positions, waiting that one last agonizing Hour before drop. II.The Dented Heavy spins around and broadcasts through his vox: " INTRUDER! Declare your intentions or you will meet an ugly demise!" III. A battered and dented drone falls out of the drop pod in relatively decent shape however.. for now..

Re: Picture Wars[Images warning here]Now also with a sandbox!
Space battle are usually played in a seperate scale than normal PW. Here's an example of such: [/quote] Fighters and other small craft are usually a few pixels in length, and I doubt anyone would make or play with such a big sprite. Se7en did take the time to make a sprite for you. EDIT: Declare. In Orbit: Onboard the cruiser, the ship's navigational and tactical AI ATLAS reports to Greg about two factions initiating combat. "Hm, might as well remove them now while they're still divided. ATLAS, launch the fighters and ready the plasma cannons." "Yes sir." "AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" The cruiser's single complement of fighters launch from the main ship's underbelly, while brainbot Mike (who is in charge of the onboard weapons), laughs maniacally. On the bridge, Greg sighs to himself. "Why did I ever appoint that psycho in charge of the weapons?" "Beacause sir, he boasts one of the highest hit:miss ratios in Infinity Systems, enough to rival an AI." "It was a rhetorical question ATLAS." On the ground: Not much happens.

Re: Picture Wars[Images warning here]Now also with a sandbox!
I find it interesting how nobody advances the explosions or smoke trails unless it directly affects their units positively. Everything is stuck in a time-warp until you feel like declaring. Weird. Also lol@space battle being popular now.

Re: Picture Wars[Images warning here]Now also with a sandbox!
It is generally the responsibility of the explosion's creator to advance it through time. Apart from this, if someone is directly interacting with it, they should also modify it as necessary. With lots of players it can get complicated.
