Which one? I've played HOD, AOS, DOS, POR, and OOE. My favorite is stuck between DOS and OOE.

I like Dawn of Sorrow, though the map was way too much like Aria of Sorrow for me to consider them different games. I've only played those two and Portrait of Ruin, and a bit of the Super Castlevania, sadly.

But yeah, to reiterate my action of choice:

Kill them, without letting them touch you.
