Isaac: "Please don't... I may have to reconsider hanging out with you if you're gonna try to feed me like a toddler in a high chair.

A quick look at an electronic clock tells you it’s 3pm.

You’re not hungry, and after checking the house for things to do, you find no books, all your clothes already cleaned, and no forms of electronic entertainment.

You decide to go check the mail, and find a single envelope. Bringing it back into the house, you open it up.

Looks like a short letter from the Lindenburg Board of Education welcoming you, and reminding you that your house’s costs (utilities, etc.) are covered by the city.

Also in the envelope is a check for this month’s Student Allowance - 20,000au. Neat.

The bell rings, and a voice over the intercom announces that school is closing.

You leave the school and head towards home, not like you know what else to do.



Your house is in the East Suburb, and is a bit small. One floor with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a merged living and dining room, and a few closets. Not that you need much space living on your own.

Without anything else to do, you walk into your bedroom and flop on to the bed.

It’s a decently sized store, with a large variety of foodstuffs. It even has small sections for culture-specific items, like indian or japanese and such.

You catch a glimpse of two familiar girls standing near the Baking aisle - Amelia and Charlotte. They have a cart with them with several items in it already, and are talking about something or other.
