I enjoy helping people.
EDIT : I've been reading abilities. Aicaya's Terra Shatter would be great against the assassin, the small fragments would be a lot harder to evade than single gunfire. Jet's Torrent Cutter would appear to be good to try and penetrate the Guardian's shield.

I am? You're in the right position to strike at the Marksmen, and I'm trying to distract the Brute so you can. If you take out the Marksmen, I don't need to worry about my group and can help taking out the Brute, since the Guardian doesn't seem to have much in firepower.

Might need to wait after the outcome of Tomaster's action first, the Brute should be kept mesmerized by Aicaya if that distraction is to work; it could shoot the grenade out and cause collateral damage.

Throwing something 60m is something I can do, and I'm not a mercenary who does this for a living. And my rifle has a scope and is meant for medium to longe range engagements.
