Suddenly, FoiL and Die appear, Die clinging to FoiL's side.



FoiL [6]:
"May I help you down?"
"Don't get used to this."
She walks over to you and grabs onto your arm, and you take off and float down to the boat.
"Nope. But we're at 'Fiona's Island' right now. Our choices seem to be 'Volcano Island', 'Goodpants's Island', 'The Maelstrom', and 'The Spires'."
Die perks up at hearing about the islands.
"Let me see that device."



Barnox [1]:
"Alright Rocky, follow us on the ocean floor."
Your golem leaps off the platform into the ocean, ready to follow you.
Aaaand you're not going anywhere yet.



Amazigh [1]:
You chill out a bit, and examine your arms.
A bunch of holes in them from those weird shards. Hey, what happened to those anyway?


dhart5000 [3]:
You relax and let the plot advance itself. You're pretty sure a direction will be resolved soon.


Game Events: Die takes the GPS, and fiddles with it for a bit, still hanging on to FoiL. FoiL looks alright with the situation.
"I know not of most of this Archipelago, but I do know that the Volcano Island was destroyed by Benpasko's Rage. Leaving a very sizable crater. If I were Sorrow, which technically I am, I'd be there. Lust would... er... be conquering as many people as possible, so I do not know where she is. Rage is likely at the Maelstrom, if it still exists; creating a mess like that is her style."

Jackson and Barnox are on one of the side platforms.
Tomaster is on the broken main platform.
Die, FoiL, Kurt, Amazigh, and Dhart are in the boat.

Perhaps the ghost of Senor Goodpants survives?

I like the nostalgic feeling I get from reading this after seeing all of the original RtD - Blue take place.

Tomaster [1]:
"We're going to the maelstrom, damnit."
Before the others can object, you jump into the air and fly over to the boat, then dive underwater to pick the whole boat up.
And then you learn that wings do not function properly underwater!
After a bit of struggling, you swim back to the surface, gasping for breath.



GlowstickNinja (Jackson Winters) [3]:
"I vote for the volcano or Goodpant's Island. With a name like 'goodpants' it has to be fun."
It seems most of you agree that the Volcano is the best choice. That wasn't so hard!
You float alongside the boat as the silly non-flying plebians begin rowing.



CaveCricket48 (Kurt D. Hopkins) [3]:
No need to make another, you've got two! You throw one oar to Amazigh and he catches it with his face.
You kindly wait for him to get his paddle so that you two can get moving.



FoiL [4]:
"Volcano it is."
Everyone seems to agree, so you leave Die in the boat and fly southward after confirming the direction with Die. Man, those guys are gonna take forever if they actually try to row there... Well, not your problem. You should arrive by the end of next turn at this pace!



Barnox [2]:
"The crater. Volcano crater. Volcrater."
Everyone else seems to be agreeing. You hope that your derpsauce golem can follow you from down there.



Amazigh [1]:
Kurt throws you one of the paddles, and you raise your hands to catch it. It sails right between them into your face.
You fall backwards, barely missing the tiny frenchman, and clutch at your face in pain.
"FFFFFFFFFFFFFF-"


dhart5000 [5]:
"Yeah, volcano, whatever."
You get yourself comfortable in the boat while the others take care of rowing, and close your eyes to rest.

Huh?
What the heck is this? You can still see? With your eyes closed?
No... This is... different. You can see the others clearly, or what you think is them, but that's all. There's everyone else, a soft outline of a person with a spark of light in their centers. Some of the sparks are brighter than others. Up on one of the platforms, instead of the translucent aura of the others, there's one dark as midnight, still with the spark. Down on the ocean floor is... you're not quite sure what that is. It's alive, but not in the traditional sense. And then, up there on the same platform as the shadow figure, there's... something. Something awful. You can't look at it properly, there's something wrong with the space around it. It's like your vision just flows around it. But you can tell it's there.
And then you look next to you and see one last outline that you hadn't noticed before. If all of you were indistinct translucent outlines, then this person is made of smooth flawless crystal, glowing softly. Just the sight puts you at ease a bit.

You open your eyes.
What in the hell was that?



Game Events: FoiL has flown on ahead, and will arrive at the volcano soon. The others in the boat are still attempting to get going.

Barnox is on one of the side platforms.
Tomaster is in the water next to the boat.
Die, Kurt, Amazigh, and Dhart are in the boat.
Jackson is hovering next to the boat.
FoiL is flying towards the Volcano Island.

Follow The way foil went and get hoverin' to that volcano.
