Saber Squad - Fortress First Floor - Grif, Dagenham & Niko
Dagenham sends a short burst of SMG rounds at the siegebot's eye! 10! The lens cracks even more, and a couple of fist-sized chunks around the edge fall out. His follow-up smoke grenade manages to get caught in the siegebot's neck, obscuring the entire upper body in thick grey~black smoke.
Niko wisely seeks cover.
If Grif ran outside now, it could step on him. There's pretty much no cover out there and it's basically right on your doorstep.

Saber Squad - Fortress Second Floor - CD & Georgii
Georgii raises his K77A at the siege bot. He rolls... 1...
Georgii's K77A jams again. Oh dear.
CD-V5 reaches up and drags Georgii behind a desk, preventing any progress in clearing the jam. Sword Delta has likewise taken cover.

Saber Squad - APC; Approaching the Siegebot - Dirk and Bob
Jones skids the APC around a sharp corner, and you can see the siegebot dead ahead. Well, you can see a grey cloud with giant metal arms and legs sticking out of it, so it's probably the siegebot. You're pretty sure CD can't transform or anything.

Saber, Fang and Sword Squads - In The City
The Siegebot's right arm aperture glows a bright blue. Moments before it fires, another missile slams into the torso somewhere within the smoke, making the whole thing flinch - the right arm jerks violently, sending a gigantic purpleish energy spheroid over your heads and out towards the suburbs, where it promptly annihilates a (fortunately empty) hab unit's garage.
It isn't down for the count though, and you can't tell what it's doing thanks to all the smoke in the way.
Fang-1 » "Fine, fine! Look, these guys... really aren't friendly, they're some schizo-berzerker insectoids I heard about from one of the elite squads that cycled through the Ulysses a couple of months back, everyone thought they were just rumours made up by the pros to scare rookies! They use a mix of expendable organic shock troops and mechanical/robotic elites or something. Saber, did you guys run into any bugs on the way here? Like, giant bugs or anything kinda like bugs?"

Toss an HE grenade at the smoke cloud. Maybe it'll do some damage.

The long, springy legs are something of a design flaw when it comes to stopping vehicles, especially ones it isn't anticipating. The siegebot goes head over heels, landing on its back with a deafening thud, cracking the road surface.
New perk: Car Fu! + Car Fu: All hands brace for impact! Accelerate to ramming speed! (+1 to all attempts to ram, flatten, or otherwise crush someone or something with all ground and hover vehicles.)

Saber, Fang, Sword, and Spartan Squads - In The City
Grif doubletimes it into the street right as the siegebot goes down.
He charges, managing to scramble up onto the torso with ease. (8v1)
The 'bot flails, nearly impaling Grif on one of the sharp spikes around the muzzle of the right arm cannon, but misses by a nosehair. (Luck expended!) (4v3, relucked to 9)
Unfortunately, as he climbs, the 'bot shifts unexpectedly in its attempts to regain its footing. (1v6) With no more luck at hand, Grif loses his grip and falls into the street... it's not far, but it's not a nice distance to fall, either. A sprained ankle isn't that bad, but Grif still has much more pressing issues to contemplate. Like the fact it's now standing and looks to be trying to step on him.
The Spartans disembark as fast as they can, and in turn unload some heavy machinegun fire into its back. The siegebot repriortizes, abandoning attempts to pancake Grif, and spins around, raising the left arm. Three small pods pop out around the arm as it steadies its aim. Small things, and neat enough you'd never know they were there until deployed.
...are those rocket pods?

If Dirk manages to bring his brother back to cover, fix him up.
If not, move to a different point of cover and attempt to distract the robot with submachinegun fire (directed at its eye, of course).
