I find it funny that I could train strength by running round the city and then get smarter in the process.
Go to magician shop, browse agility enhancers.

Erale sticks her arm in the Hero's Pouch experimentally. It's a lot deeper than it looks, with the pouch swalling her arm up to the shoulder without expanding, and it looks like it can still engulf more of her if the opening straps were loosened.
???: "Hmm, lemme go see what I have."
The wizard goes to a storage room at the back of the shop before returning.
???: "I don't have books, but I have these."

Abilities have gone through tweaking, feel free to yell at me if I messed something up. A compilation of all of the abilities discovered so far, along with related abilities, are on in OP. Skill points is just how many turns it takes to learn that single skill.
You take the Ring of Mana Recovery and put it on and Vesh snatches the quiver up and dumps his arrows in it.
Vesh: "Thank you very much."
He leaves quickly out the door while Erale appears to be indecisive.
