COO is either an acronym for something in the game universe, or it's just the short version of COOL.
and FAC is either faction or fact/s.

Or a corruption of face. Thus making the phrase 'Cool face', heavily drawn out.

Hyper already tried >RUN COOLFACE (Or was it COOLFAC? I forgot >.<) So I don't think that's what we need.

And if it IS cool face, you clearly never done your research because if you did you'd know that the creator of TROLL FACE is telling you to suck a ♥♥♥♥.

Cool face can refer to a decent number of images. Troll face can refer to an even greater number of images.

It has to be an abbreviation or meaning of something, since Google can't find anything. Unless of course it's a list of medically prescribed drugs for optometrists.

As far as I can see, BLUESTORM.DIR is a directory containing something about Blue Demon. That much is obvious. And since we don't know anything about Blue in this story, it has to be about RtD1 (Blue) or RtD2.
WHITEBLUR.DIR MUST be something about Fiona's Mech. Everything else regarding Blurs is in RtD2.

So, my line of thinking is to look at what I think is definitely relevant to this story - the WHITEBLUR directory.

It may just be exceptionally obfuscated, as GMs are wont to do.
