You let out a long sigh, take a deep breath in, and jump down.

Your feet hit the water first, and then your entire body is submerged in filthy, murky water. Quickly swimming back to the surface, you gasp for breath, only to gag when you take in mouthfuls of shit-smelling, crap-tasting air. It's pitch black, but you can hear two others dropping in after you, Feiar and Maargral.

You hold out your hand to Naomi, and after a brief hesitation, she reaches out with hers.

Despite her entire arm still being armored, it feels warm as your fingers wrap her hand, and hers around yours.

The two of you start to head North, and then two chirop and a small (in relation to Vattii) green dragon with two more chirop approach you.

The chirop leading their party is wearing a metal helm and greaves, along with a dark black and violet robe, and it looks like he has three swords on his back. The other chirop on the ground is in a green robe, the two on the dragon are an armored one and one in a black and white patterned robe.

Turning to the others -

"Let's head south and look for the man with the halberd, shall we?"

Your party heads south, and soon enough you encounter two humans, or at least one of them is human. One is a man wearing a red mage's cloak, and the other looks like a woman in full plate armor with intricate patterns on every surface, and she's wielding an ornate halberd. Her eyes are a light green, and her skin unnaturally pale for a human.

You whisper -

"Naomi, on me."

Naomi: "Right!"

She pulls her hand out of yours and presses Whirlwind into your palm, which you grasp. Her human form becomes translucent, and then clear and water-like, and the armor pieces seperate and, supported by the tendrils of fluid, latch on to the appropriate places on your body. The fluid thins out and vanishes, and you feel the familiar presence of Naomi in your mind.

"Hail there!"

The lead chirop approaches you -

???: "Excuse me. We've heard word that you're planning an offensive on Venari?"

You look up, and see him flying around above the city.

You whisper to yoursef, and you're about to approach the woman when she holds the halberd over for the man to grab. The woman in the armor all but vanishes, from what you can tell, and the sections of armor float over and attach to the man, quickly reconstructing the suit around his body.

Well, it's a man now, you guess? You approach him and ask -

"Excuse me. We've heard word that you're planning an offensive on Venari?"

From the echo of splashing water, you can 'hear' where the walls are, and paddle over to one. Your feet hit solid ground, and as you step up onto it, your body lifts up about halfway out of the water. With your upper body in air now, it's a slightly less miserable experience.

It appears that this passageway is flooded more than it's supposed to be.
