Assuming that the moderate stealth generator just lasts shorter than the adv. variant (no other differences), that ''bulk hazard'' is something quite bad and that fireproofing provides small protection from plasma...

Take the Minigun, Powered Armour and a medium force barrier.

Is the heavy shield a energy shield that goes over my armour?

the Shields are like Bullet-proof riot shields of varying strength, Force Barriers are generic energy shields that go over any armour you are wearing.

The only noticeable difference between the stealth Generators is that the more expensive ones are longer lasting.
Bulk Hazard means it's IMPOSSIBLE, no matter how strong you are, to use that weapon one handed.
Fireproofing does offer, Some protection from plasma, but not enough to make you immune.

Static Field Projector - best VS energy weapons
Force Barrier - all round average
Body Armor - better VS ballistic weapons

Jetpack on its own grants flight.
Wings on their own also grant flight, but the smaller wings only grant limited duration flight.
