In this case, it involves hidden info, so i cant tell you. But remember that a 5 is a perfect and can only be BLOCKED with another 5. But be carefull with adding all your multipliers, because a 5 is better than a six. (A six is a five but with something bad)

Deep gouges crisscross it and slowly blood drips from his chin. One eye is covered with a scrap of bloody fabric. His hair is ruffled and unkempt, and he is missing some teeth.
His remaining eye looks straight through her and he grins, then coughs up spurts of blood over the counter. His coughing turns into laughter and he staggers upright, clutching his slashed uniform.
Limping towards her, she points the gun right into his face: "Don't-"
He grabs the end of the barrel and looks down it, then casually pushes it away and grins again.
"You'd bet'r watch out, Missy... *COUGH* ... ther's t'ings out 'dere 'dat go BUMP in the night... Heh, heh-heh-heh-heh! *COUGHING* ... Don' you go dyin' ..."

I think that's the best action, since all the rest are bad guys, or bad guys npc's, with the occasional random blood coughing, slashed faced ones.
