I spose I should roll.

Tomaster (Vladimír Shurla) [1]:
"Weird, right, me in the light?"
You immediately power the GP Movement system to full, and take off running towards the wall. Immediately, you begin to veer off course, and it seems like your exosuit is tilting to the side.
"Oh god WHAT IS THIS AGH"
You finally lose your balance after tipping past 50 degrees, and fall to the floor. Huh.
"By the way, the GP Movement takes a bit of getting used to. It'll let you do crazy parkour and ♥♥♥♥, but you kinda have to go with the flow of it."

Pilot
Abilities:
Inventory:
- Field Medical Kit
- Field Repair Kit
- 9mm Glock
- Shinboku Scalemail
Conditions:

Exoskeleton

Amazigh ("Amazigh") [6]:
It seems unlikely, but you check anyway. Sure enough, they don't work together. Well, that sucks.
You look around at the others idly, and see Vlad running vaguely in your direction. Then, he falls down, suddenly changing course in your direction. Instinctively, your shields deploy, but it's moot anyway; Vlad stops a safe distance away.
Wait. Your shields went up? You didn't switch power to them. You just saw something on a collision course. You check your implant again, and by some retarded miracle, it's working. The thing interfaced with your exoskeleton! You're genuinely surprised.

Pilot
Abilities:
- Cyborg Enhancements
-- Shinboku Expansion
--- Direct Mecha Interface
--- Bullettime (+2 to rolls during usage)
Inventory:
- Field Medical Kit
- Field Repair Kit
- 9mm Glock
Conditions:
- Broken Toes (Braced and Splinted)
- Shoeless

Exoskeleton

JJA79 (James Argus) [10]:
You look around for something unimportant to wreck. You decide on an empty crate that was holding some parts for these exoskeletons. You grab the crate with your hand, and toss it into the air. On its way back down, you thrust your fist upwards into the crate, making sure the Kinetic Hammer is at full power.
The crate reverses direction violently, slightly breaking apart. Then it hits the ceiling and completely explodes, sending wooden shrapnel EVERYWHERE. Several mechanics shout in surprise as the chunks shoot across the room. You hear at least one scream of pain. The feat is made a lot more impressive by the great height of the ceiling. It's a good 25 meters high.

Pilot
Abilities:
- Sniper expert (+1 when shooting from long range)
Inventory:
- Crutches
Conditions:
- Panic (-1 to actions when in close combat)
- Broken Legs (Anesthetized and splinted, cannot walk)

Exoskeleton

Tokochiro (John Kosloswa) [3]:
Excited at the prospects of a gravity hammer, you power it up, then punch the floor.
There's an impressive whoosh, and a loud thud reverberates from the floor, but aside from that nothing happens.
Well. That's a disappointment.

Pilot
Abilities:
Inventory:
- Field Medical Kit
- Field Repair Kit
- 9mm Glock
-- 8/18 Rounds
- Sports Watch
- Visitor's Map
Conditions:

Exoskeleton

DragonXP (Kaime Freins) [7]:
Vlad takes off, attempting to wall run. You do the same. Instead of fighting the push like Vlad does though, you go with it, and let it nudge you as you run forward. You're rewarded with a slow acceleration. You get a bit worried as you near the wall, but when you hit it, all your horizontal motion is somehow transferred to vertical, and you go straight up it. For a good 6 meters, too! Then, you feel your grip on the wall waning, so you kick off and fly through the air, landing on the floor in a bounce to nullify your fall. Surprisingly, it works quite well, and your landing is gentle.

Pilot
Abilities:
Inventory:
- Field Medical Kit
- Field Repair Kit
- Roll of Bandages
- Crutch
Conditions:
- Cybernetic Left Leg

Exoskeleton

Ragdollmaster (Sargon) [2]:
You mess around with your Exosuit's settings until you get yourself to sound like Nicholas Cage.
Not quite what you had in mind.

Pilot
Abilities:
Inventory:
- Empty Coke Can
Conditions:

Exoskeleton

Game Events: While everyone is messing around, they don't notice a 7th exo suit approach. This one is different from the others. It's similar to the Light, except it's even svelter. Slung straight vertically across the back are two weapons; a large double barreled VSS Rifle, and what actually looks like a sword. Also impossible to miss are the pair of neon pink fuzzy dice dangling from the exosuit's right hip.
The comm channel opens up, and an authorative female voice speaks.
"Lo gents. You weren't about to start without me, were you?"
You all recognize the voice, and those in a position to do so salute.
"Officer on deck!"
Most of the people on the Exoneration have never actually seen Captain Lovegale, but more than once her orders have rung out across the radio channels, marshaling the crew with surprising effectiveness.

Dearie dearie me, I've been bad lately, haven't I?

Tomaster (Vladimír Shurla) [8]:
"Hiya."
You give what is quite frankly a half-assed salute, but remarkably, nobody chastises you for it, or for the very casual greeting. Normally you'd get at least an angry cough implying you should shape up, but now? Nothing. You can't say you don't like the change.
Suddenly, the Captain stops and turns toward you. Her suit walks over, and stops barely an inch away from yours. You think this is some kind of staring contest, so you keep your head steady, and stare straight back.
Kinda hard to lose when neither starer can see the other's eyes. Suddenly, a private comm channel opens between you and Captain Lovegale.
"You've got something made of wood on you, don't you? Something rather large."

You stand ready to serve your captain, but she largely ignores you. Fine then, be that way.

JJA79 (James Argus) [2]:
You salute while looking for a voice amplifier, and find it just in time for you to salute a bit too hard, hitting yourself in the head. Your head rocks inside the suit, and the voice amp sends a screech of noise out, causing everyone to yell at you. Smooth.

Tokochiro (John Kosloswa) [10]:
You give a glorious salute to your leader, then delve into the exo suit's menus to search for anything cool and tucked away.
There's a voice amp, which James... demonstrates.
Solitaire? Why the hell is that even on a combat suit?
Oh cool, you can access the Exoneration's Combat Network from here, including all the radio channels and even the database! Hey, some of this stuff you can't access with the computer in your room! Interesting...
Oh? What's this? Suit delimiter? That sounds useful. Lots of big warning signs on it though. Mostly about how it could burn out the suit and maybe cause just a little bit of horrible death and grievous injury.

DragonXP (Kaime Freins) [3]:
"Standing Attention."
You get the idea to outdo Vlad's pathetic attempt at looking awesome, and move to run towards a corner, jump back and forth between each wall until you get to the ceiling, then run straight across it as far as you can, finally landing back on the ground in a crouch with your swords held out.
You end up tripping over your own feet and barely manage to not faceplant.

Ragdollmaster (Sargon) [6]:
"Commander Lovegale."
She's taken aback by the sudden movie star voice, so you fiddle with it a bit more.
"Sorry, better?"
"Sean Connery?"
"I was going for Morgan Freeman, but close enough."

Game Events: Captain Lovegale is staring down Vlad, while the others, including the mechanics and Erroni, look on confusedly.

Another private comm channel opens in Fiona's display.
"Nairle."
"Yes?"
"These guys have shinboku. Vladimir especially, but one other as well."
"... Shall I pull them and send replacement pilots?"
"No, no. We don't have time anyway. Make sure they get questioned later though."
"Yes ma'am."

Fiona pulls away from Vlad.
"Alright swabbies, let's go. Daylight's burning, and this facility aint gonna capture itself. We've a particularly nice infiltration craft picked out over yonder, so all aboard."
The 'infiltration craft' is... less than awe-inspiring. It's a dark green oblong vessel about 10 meters long, and only 2 meters wide and 3 meters high. Armor plating has been pretty clearly welded on, hopefully not to seal air leaks. Peering inside, it's dubious whether the 7 suits can even fit into it at once. Somehow, they all do.
There are no explicit safety devices in the vehicle, but many places to grab a handhold exist across the interior. Several clunks tell the passengers that the pod has been loaded onto an aircraft elevator, and is being lifted up onto the deck.
"I recommend you gentlemen hold onto something. And maybe give a quick prayer to whatever gods you may believe in."

Hokay, that was weird. Totally won the staring contest though.
