I might try and get it going once more, but the gameplay mechanics were suffering from massive feature creep. Mostly planned features.
Such as the resistance HQ, where the players would organize the rebellion, distribute supplies to, and manage, cells, along with various other ideas. Then there were the potential plot twists, and lastly the basic ideas for a city map, where the players could track various statistics about their operations in each part of the city, showing things like Resistance Industrial Capacity, which is how much the resistance can manufacture per 10 rolls. 10 rolls = A turn.
It might be revived.
