Is it worth having an upward firing one? It gets clogged pretty easily, but I like the surprise factor involved.

Just a thought: A lightning arrow trap that pops out of the floor or the ceiling and fires sideways into the enemies face.

Re: Trickster Security v1.4 - Arrow Lightning Trap
Here's an idea. A clone walks into a long dark hallway and it goes past a little area with a red thing at the top and then the red thing starts blinking red and then spouts of fire keep shooting up coing towards him.
Like an emitter that goes toward a place with small holes in the floor along both ends.
Would be awesome. Or maybe a room with a HEUGE lazer cannon which blows them away.

Or a bright white light that vaporizes anything within that room, then emits smoky particles for added effect.
That idea could use some refining.

CandleJack wrote: You should put them all in one rte. I WILL. People keep yelling at me, golly. It's only like this right now because it's not organized and this way I can update specific sections of it instead of reloading the whole thing multiple times. But yeah, when I have five or so of these up I'll stick em in a pack. Also, Tea: that's a really good and really easily done idea, actually. I'll make it and call it the Teaburner.

Re: Trickster Security v1.3 - Spear Flamethrower
You should search before posting, this was posted one page back: Roon3 wrote: If by broken you mean doesn't show up, than do the following:
1) Create a new folder named "Gauntlet.rte". 2) Cut all contents of the old "Gauntlet.rte" and paste in the new one. 3) Delete the old "Gauntlet.rte" and install the new "Gauntlet.rte" as you would other mods.
Hope I was able to help,
~Roon3
P.S. The bug happens because .zip files mess up .rtes somehow (If I'm Ignore this) If that doesn't work, be more specific. Djinn wrote: Got at least... 3 more coming. The rest will be boring traps. You call that boring, that is the perfect example of not boring. It's awesome but I think you need to make the sprite more noticeable. (the fact that you can't see it is kinda annoying) also, are there supposed to be square holes in the gauntlet?

Also, square holes? edit: Oh also, 1-800-MAEK-GIF-Please-cause-I'd-appreciate-it.

Re: Trickster Security v1.4 - Arrow Lightning Trap
Hot damn, these are brilliant! There's just something special about that Arrow trap... Suddenly popping out of nowhere, gibbing the ♥♥♥♥ out of anyone stupid enough to walk into it. That thing is powerful, i tell you. It tore my Assault Robot to pieces instantly :C (It survived the Gauntlet though) Great job man!
