   |   A Dwarf Fortress Succession GameHello, fellow Dorf Fortress players. Let's play a DataRealms Dwarf Fortress Succession Game.A Dwarf Fortress Succession Game is a game, where multiple players take their turns organizing a fortress in DF. When a player has completed his/her turn, he/she passes the save to the next player, preferably with a nice post explaining what happened during that year. If people want, we can make silly roleplay-dwarves with forumites' names and skills chosen by them. First off, we need to decide between real-time turns or game years. Meanwhile I shall generate a large world with frequent resources, high savagery and short history. Oh and we're playing the newest release, v0.34.08.

   |   Re: A Dwarf Fortress Succession GameCan I be one of the starting seven dwarfs?
Make me the miner or mason. If this thread goes well, I'll join as a successor, if that is the correct term.

   |   Re: A Dwarf Fortress Succession GameYeah, if I can have a dwarf with a name, I'll be happy. I don't wanna play right now though, since I'll just ♥♥♥♥ the fortress over.

   |   Re: A Dwarf Fortress Succession GameLooks good to me too.
 Dibs on the Mason/engraver/architect.

 Name wise, that is.

EDIT : I'm tempted to play in the early game, as long as I don't have to play with the military. That thing is a nightmare.

   |   Re: A Dwarf Fortress Succession GameThe bottom. Tons of trees, which are great fuel, wilderness is good, which I think means lots of food animals. There is a brook, which is easier to cross then a stream.
There are also hills, which are easier to conquer then mountains.

 Therefore,
the top one - Dwarf Fortress has to be hardbottom please.
