Post Lets Play: Two Worlds
Poor Man's Oblivion it may be, but it has quite a few redeeming features.
The first is the ability to upgrade your gear, using identical pieces of gear. Another is the ability to create, and imbue gear with, magical element gems.
Sure, the game may look rather bad, but it is open world, and if you kill someone you don't automatically become CRIMINAL SCUM. They just kill you, but then you respawn so everything is good.

So, here we go!
You can only be a human male, sadly.
And you can't name him.
But I'm so awesome, I'm going to let you!

What is your name, and what do you look like?

Our name is Biggus Dickus.
Max out Chest, but set the other sliders as low as possible.

Also, what does that 'male body' bit do?
Can we have a female body?

Biggus Dickus is ready for adventure!
With his large chest, and everything else very small, he is sure to do well!

With the tutorial complete, Mr Dickus stands proud and tall outside the crypt.

You are at the top green shiny.

Where to now, Biggus Dickus?

EDIT:
Only males, sorry.
The "Male Body" bit changes what you change. So, you can change the body, or the face, or the eyes...

A very quick mspaint labelling of the map would be handy.
Doesn't need to be detailed at all, just so long as we have an idea of what each place is.

MSPAINT TO THE RESCUE

We are at the top green glowy. Green glowy means quest.
Inasmuch as I have played so far, interesting mobs are south of that wall south of the town I labelled. But we are weak.

EDIT:
Also, not shown until we find them, are teleporters and caves and the like.

Run over to the east on the map, past the wall and into the town.
Also, attempt to do diplomacy with anything we find on the way, and then murder them as they inevitably laugh after we introduce ourselves.

Well, I got to the wall, and looked for a way round it.
I got round the cliff it as attached to, and found a mining camp.
And company.

♥♥♥♥ DWARVES
I have never fought a dwarf before.
Diplomacy does not seem to be working. Either they are chasing me to say hello, and hug me, or they are intent on killing me.
Turns out it's the latter.

Image
What they lacked in stature, they more than made up in numbers.
But one by one, they fell to my shitty blade.

Their corpses are looted. I took the liberty of combining all the nice gear, and we have a really good shield that defends against spirit damage, physical damage and cold damage, as well as giving us vitality.
We have levelled up!
Where do our stats go?
Image
Image

Note: Vitality gives us 10hp per point.
Strength lets us hit harder.
I think Dexterity does something to do with hit%. I don't notice it, though.
Mana gives us 10 mana per point.

Stats we can spend points in:
Better horse combat - NO I WONT LET YOU. HORSES ARE HARD TO DRIVE.
Better swimming - We never swim
Lockpicking - Very useful
Stealth - Not useful
Trap setting - We have no traps

Magics: These let you use higher magic, from magic cards we find.
Air or Fire Magic
We need to train in Necromancy, Earth or Air magic at the trainer.

Melee: Useful skills:
Parry - Increases parry chance
Damage - Flat +% damage
Crit: Doesn't work.

We can get, from a trainer, dual wielding and Stone Skin, which allows us to use 2 weapons, and take less damage, respectively.
We can also invest in bow skills, but we have no bow.

In our inventory, we have: Some minerals we can make potions or gems out of.
A 10% lightning gem. Adds lightning damage to a weapon. You can only have one element on a single weapon.

Also, when stats are allocated, carry on to the town, or explore the mine?

EDIT:
THIS IS A USEFUL MAP

Passive Skills = the ♥♥♥♥. Get all of them.

Only put points into Strength and Damage.

Critical Hit doesn't work
Balance is useless, you never get knocked down.
Not sure about Knock Down.
Alchemy just increases the duration/effect of potions, doesn't open up new potion opportunities.

The ones with lines on the map, or greyed out on the stat menu, are not able to be increased without being bought.

We have: All in Strength and Strong Hand.
NOW WHERE?

Edit: Done as much Strong Hand as possible, but it won't let me put in the last skill point. Saving it.

It is, I'm afraid.
The game doesn't support this "on the fly difficulty change".

You have to learn how to ride a horse as soon as you can. I wanna see if the objects overlap badly on this or not. I'm betting they do.

Post Re: Lets Play: Two Worlds
We already know how to ride horses.
And it's a useless skill. They are only few horses, they handle terribly, and get stuck on terrain after 30 seconds so you need to drop them.

When I come across a horse, I will ride it for you.

But for now:
Carry on to the town, or explore the mine?
