Gratuitous Space Battles is a game about placing and disining a fleet, then sit back and watch the battle. heres the website, http://www.positech.co.uk/gratuitousspa ... index.html

i'd get it right now, the add ons and the game are only 6 dollars!

Got this game, only problems with it is that the music just misses something, and that you cant order ships that are in the battle.

I have the portable version from http://www.noportable.blogspot.com. But that won't work. I dunno why. I found CC from there too, btw.

CC is stock portable, I sure hope you didn't get a pirated version.....

It means it runs from a USB drive......

A lot of games don't do that because they refer to their install directories, C:/Program Files/ etc etc, this won't work because USB's change names with the drive they are in. CC is portable because it doesn't look any further then the file it is in.

I got around that problem by just installing straight to the USB. Rather effective, but there are a few issues involving the registry.
