I personally like it. The weapons play well and, assuming you get some friends you know passed pre-school education together to play, the teamwork runs pretty decently too. |

Re: Alien Swarm This really had to be the week in which everything has to be released, and I'm stuck on some island separated from my pc!
Anyway, I hope there will be enough people around to play it with. A DRL team maybe? |

Re: Alien Swarm I know that GI and p3lb0x are playing, as am I. Darlos may or may not be getting it. Etc. for other members. The problem may be that many DRL members are geographically isolated, making playing together somewhat less enjoyable due to unpalatable latencies.

Re: Alien Swarm I played once online and ran through most of the game(?), got to level 7 or something.
Played Tech the whole way except as Medic in the BURN BIOMASS mission. One other player, who was Medic literally the whole time. |

Re: Alien Swarm I am playing as medic, and damn is the unlockable heal ray awesome. It heals significantly faster, mobilely and at range. A tip I would give is that you shouldn't be afraid to use your grenades/whatever you have equipped. They'll get refilled at the end of the level anyway.

Re: Alien Swarm With good team play, most of the stun weapons are awesomely powerful. Otherwise, not so much.
