Post Team fortress 2 Free weekend!
Once I saw this sign on steam, I was like...

:D

Then I downloaded it and have been playing for TWO FRIGGIN HOURS in Offline practice because its so epic.
Then I saw it was 50% off, and was like...
So then I asked my mom if we could get it and she said that I'll have to show her it.

Since My dad, my bro and my sis play Starcraft and Starcraft 2, We have seen blood be spilt everywhere before, so this might be buyable.

I will report back if she says I can buy it.

But it also matters on my dad.

Otherwise, Discuss.

This goes for all you silly Mac users too. Steam is for the Mac, and the free weekend is because TF2 came out on the Mac.

Haha Warguy has two dads.

My TF2 playing friends all say that TF2 has gotten really stupid now- but I'd still like to try it. Maybe I'll go and DL it.

I've been crying for probably the past hour and 3/4ths of another hour.

My dad came home, showed him it, he said it was okay, And then he said to get on the purchase screen. Before I leave the room, my ♥♥♥♥ bro Tells my dad its rated M. I looked at the ESRB rating and it is, but I already knew that, and it only said Blood and gore, Intense Violence. I told my dad that and told him that it was probably a wrong rating, but he still said no. My tongues been throbbing from crying so much. By the time I'll be able to get it, my computer will probably be dead.

Anyways, do you have any ideas of what I should do? If none seem good, ima just sit here till 2018.

EDIT:

That was a fail in my grammar.

Wow, my parents let 12 year old me and my 7 year old sister watch Team America. I was playing UT on full gore by the time I turned 6.

Sucks for you, bro.

Quiet, I don't wanna feel more sadness.
If you don't have an idea suggestion, be quiet

EDIT: He might think about buying it before time runs out, but I doubt it.

Dammit, get this game. Best thing ever; I've played it for around 400 hours. All 'wasted', but it wasn't wasted, it was amazing! And the free class updates (add new weapons for different playstyles) just prolong it even more! And the only 'blood and gore' is that with the Eyelander (a Demoman sword unlock) you can decapitate, when you got shot there's blood (no ♥♥♥♥) and if you get blown up, be it by rocket, pipe bomb or sticky, you gib into lots of bits. But...come on! It's the best thing ever!

Wow, seriously, what the hell?
"I've been crying so much cause my dad won't let me have a game" get over it. My parents didn't let me get Worms World Party when I was 12. They were dubious about getting Metroid Prime 3 for my 15th birthday. Deal with it, there are a lot of other awesome games out there that don't involve violence. Sure, it's a pain in the arse that your parents care more about the rating on the box than the fun it'll give you, but sometimes you just have to abide by what your parents say. They have your best interests at heart and provide you with an assumably pretty comfortable life if the worst thing going on is an inability to play an FPS. It'll get you some "responsibility" leverage if you're mature about it anyway.
That, or do it under the table. Get a debit card can pay for it that way. :-o

In any case, TF2 always stuck me as boring anyway, but that's probably due to my taste in games more than anything.

That's what I did and make sure that if you purchase it, that you purchase it through steam I still have to hear the constant whining from my friends when they have to reinstall and get all 130 patches again.(pre-patched is win)

He was saying that your situation was unfortunate. He was attempting to show empathy for your situation.

Anyway, I already had it, but my friend just bought it, so he can play with me now. It's actually pretty fun to go around with another guy and try to teach them even if you're not that good yourself. The offline bots are fairly good, for what they are.

Okay, today's the last day, and my brother found a mod that gets rid of the blood, so my dad bought it for us.

Discuss quickly before your time runs out.

I have this faint feeling you're going to disable the mod after a day.
Anyway, cheers looking forward to blowing your head of.

Actually, removing blood can be useful sometimes when playing on red team. The red blood sort of reduces target visibility sometimes.
