That is sad if you call that a game. Set everything you can to any option resembling "Low", and Resolution to the smallest possible value.

id update the quality but this took about 40 minutes to upload. better quality videos arnt something i can post right now. (GOD DAMMED LACK OF BROADBAND UP IN THIS HERE UNTAMED WILDERNESS!!!) *forced to crawl into corner and stare at wwan card, asking it why it has betrayed me by becoming slow.*

Ive had worse frames then that, Running Company of Heroes on HIGH with a Geforce Nvidea 5500...
Thank God ive got good ventilation.

except that the filesize of a video has fairly little to do with the framerate and much more with the length

uh grif a 15 fps for 30 seconds movie is going to have roughly half the filesize of a 30 fps for 30 seconds movie.
