Re: My Fabulous End of the World - Development Log
Ah, so Ironsights basically? Well, first of all, actual bullets already go exactly through the middle of the screen, there's no spread at all, accuracy on all weapons is perfect. Second, weapons are completely flat right now, that's to make them easy to mod. Centering one would make it more of less invisible. Third, yeah, that would remove a bit of that retro feeling I wanted.
I can make some sort of Focus Mode, when you more really slow but your view is more "zoomed in" and there's a lot less recoil.

Knowing me it's somthing to do with my computer age. (2006 model PC sucks from time to time,Hell i still use the Beta for Vista i think.)
regarding ADS, i don't really think this is needed in this type of game.unless it with snipers.

This second sprite would be like looking down on top of the gun, and could be used for what contrary suggested. Possible. The question is, will it be worth the effort (both mine and the modders)? Actually, I think this might be a good idea, I'll see what i can do about it.

Or update my Vista, i havn't updated it for at least a year or two (mostly cause its ♥♥♥♥ pointless to be honest) Regardless it doesn't really effect my gameplay and it may only be due to my computer old age and i doubt many computer will be older than mine (since most people tend to update their system often)

I can't load your devlog! ¬¬
The game evolved in the right direction. Except for the fact that blood isn't red anymore.

It should be red?! Zombies are already dead and partially rotten, their blood should be accordingly colored, no?

blood is originally blue until oxygen comes into contact, and since the air contains oxygen it should be red.
so realistically, yes it should be.
But we're talking about block shaped zombies with make up, I don't mind whatever the blood is personally, Just as long as i get to blow ♥♥♥♥ up xD

Re: My Fabulous End of the World - Development Log
I see. Well I can't decide which color looks best so I'll just probably make it modable. Speaking of modding, I decided to switch my mod files from being simple .ini files to be .xml. That will allow me to change all modding related stuffs much easier but instead I will have to make modding tools for players. So all you'll have to do, to create a weapon for example is fire up ModTools, click on "create weapon", change some stats and click on "save weapon".
That should make everyone happy.

Re: My Fabulous End of the World - Development Log
Making it redder will make it look orange, you can't imagine how much time I spent tweaking the color for blood. Unless you've got specific suggestions for the color (RGB, thanks), it'll stay the way it is right now.

Re: My Fabulous End of the World - Development Log
Brown just looks blue when it's flowing through your veins, but in reality that's just the light getting reflected in blue hues. Blood is red/dark red.

Yep, you skipped that biology class.
Anyway, will we have moving zombies and most importantly, attacking zombies soon?
And does the right click work for pushing?
