Re: Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
I have Gold and Sapphire, and since Yellow is now around 130 bucks on Amazon dot com, I cant play the originals, so I just use all the original pokemon In Sapphire version I have a Muk (my main, uses Electric and Poison abilities), a Gyarados (in both Gold and Sapphire), a Golduck, a Pikachu, a Skarmori (for Fly HM), and Sandslash. Fun. In Gold I have a Gyarados, a Geodude, a Nidorino (want Nidoking), a Fearow, a Growlithe, and Gastly (want Haunter or Gengar)

Re: Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
Because it sucks. Just kidding, I dunno. Maybe more people like turtles than lizards or something. Or maybe, the Blue version has guns. On the turtle's back. It's just guesswork, man. And, you are one lucky bastard what with having a working copy of Yellow. I used to have it, I loved it, then my brother/sister (cant remember) broke it. Or lost it... Cant... Remember...

Re: Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
My first ever pokémon game was FireRed... I totally nailed that one. I ended up with a Blastoise and a Mewtwo both lvl 100. Sweet. I got Emerald... and I hated it. Something about that reigon totally pissed me off. I guess it was the starters were all wickedly effective against each other in their 3rd evo. Then came Pearl. I only bought it because I knew everyone was going to get Diamond, which they did, which will hopefully mean I will sell it for MILLIONS... or not. Maybe a bit more than Diamond will be worth. Platinum bored me because it was too similar to Pearl/Diamond and I felt it insulted both of them to come out too soon. (So why did I buy it I ask myself!) Then came HeartGold which I was really lame at. Past tense. I still own it, it was a good game but I just didn't start it right and then got all sentimental over my save file so couldn't delete it. If you're as sentimental as I am then you know what I mean. OMG that was such a long post... nobody is gonna want to hear my pokémon life history. Oh well, i'll finish with something genuinely useful for pkmn fans written in red: If you want to type the É in pokémon - type Alt + 0233 on the numpad. For caps É it's alt + 0201.So now you know... you can Pokémon your life away. Fin

Re: Pokémon Heartgold/Soulsilver
All the pokemon games after Red/Blue seemed hackish to me, though Ruby/Sapphire kept me entertained. Now I get all sleepy when I try to play any one of them.
