Re: Minecraft Infdev succession
Well holy fudge people, I think I've been blessed with the greatest minecraft world in existence. Check some pics, taken from the roof of my exquisitely furnished tower at the edge of Areku's Crater. (Had to name it after something, right? ) To the north, Hollow Mountain and the Cactus Valley beyond it: To the south, the unexplored island: To the west, the sea of hills: To the east, the Great Unknown (because, for some reason, my computer is refusing to render anything further than it): My little abode, with the ultra-rare jukebox block: Part of the tunnel network: More lava: I can't show it in pictures, but you wouldn't believe how HUEG the lava caves are. I've been exploring for a few hours now, and have yet to see them end.

Re: Minecraft Infdev succession
On the free version, i found myself faced with a nicely formed natural cavern. And a tree on top of a tall stump that was single blocks all the way up.
Not as epic as those, of course.

Re: Minecraft Infdev succession
Using my insane thinking skills, I opened the river into the cave beneath the tree. Taking the water down, I discovered some interesting things... Like lava, diamonds, red ore, iron ore, coal, gold... I managed to mine my way back to the surface, as I had no wood, then decided to go back in to take pictures. My keyboard stuck, I fell in lava and died. EDIT: I discovered where I was is about a 20 second walk from the spawn point! Went down there with 45 ladders, 2 rock picks, 6 trunk blocks, a shrub and 10 torches. I'm ready to live the live of a mole-man.

I think it needs a 5x5x5 cube to grow, but I could be wrong.

Re: Minecraft Infdev succession
This game is awesome. It suffers the lag that seems to follow all java games(like WURM). But when my FPS isn't being raped it is extremely fun.

Re: Minecraft Infdev succession
My trains that cross the 3 chunk bridge are failing... They keep running out of coal and hitting each other in the ass instead of running on time like they were supposed to. Anyways I now have a lava cave that I can harvest from (the chunk with my fort is pre-new level generation)
What is the size (in mb) of your saves? My main world is 14mb.
