Every place has the exactly same amount of stuff. Just the amount of resource points may vary.

Eh, how do you join a group? I know it's a retarded question, but I'd like to join this group. First, I figure I should probably get Hand-to-Hand Combat Proficiency, because I'm a firefighter, but I don't know...should I get that or something else?

Just change your group in your profile settings to DRLFF and add yourself to the wiki.
