Just had a look around CC48's Industrial island. I like it a lot, brings purpose to the server instead of just mindlessly walking around building things.

Yeah it does that sometimes, just re-download the exe and try again.

Are you supposed to have an account to run it?
Redownloading doesn't help.

No, it should be fine without an account.

When I had this issue, downloading it from www.minecraft.net fixed it for me... so I have no idea.

Turned out to be a driver problem.
