Okay. I have a massive problem, I started up Skyrim and loaded my most recent save.
Everything is extremely white, I can't move, I can only look up or down and if I try talking to Lydia, the game crashes. If I open my journal, I have no active quests and If I try to load a previous save, the exact same happens

I see what you did there. Very clever.
It seems I used to be able to play my old saves. Then took an arrow in both eyes and between my lips it seems.
So... New save?

If you're using the PC version and don't mind using the console, you could try using the 'coc' command to transport yourself to another area (eg; "coc Whiterun" should drop you on the outskirts of Whiterun) and see if that helps at all. If that doesn't help, I have no idea. :???: Maybe ask on their official forums, if they have any.

Just wondering: Did you install any mods or anything? :???:

I was playing on a 360, with a memory card that had enough room for one autosave. Despite the game saying 'Autosaving...' every time I walked through a door, when I actually died for the first time, I was sent back about 8 hours.

GO BETHESDA WOOOO

-doesn't get any save game corruption-
-doesn't get any problem saving-
-make sure the game is saved before i do stuff-
-ignore auto saving and only quicksave / manually save-
-Doesn't die-
Go Bethesda Derp.

on a different side of the conversation, i think there just been a new patch since my skyrim randomly updated itself.

Totally Vanilla.
My friend says my graphics card is probably melted.
But then I wouldn't be able to play my first save.

I lost everything, hopefully the next patch will save it.

Cute face, spine-chilling voice. If she doesn't have a singing career already someone please help her get one.

i'm sure this is my cynical british self speaking, but how much is the Mic doing the job for her?

i mean i'll admit she got a damn good voice. but i think the mic is doing a tad too much for her in that song.

Regardless if she looking for work i suggest she start for Indie development for music and stuff.

regarding the whole Save corruption thing it only happen to me once in my WHOLE life experiance with The eldar scroll series which i been playing since morrowind came out.
which happend in oblivion and because i spawned like 100 NPC to do a Grand battle, Imperial Vs Bandits like a boss.
the game crashed and the save corrupted. everything else been perfectly fine.
and i ABUSE the console commands. not abuse to beat the game but abused for fun, spawn 3 dragons spawn 20 archers spawn 10 spiders etc.

@Trystanr, this happend to me once on Mount and blade. Yet oddly the cause was that my Graphic card was Slightly jerked out of my computer somehow.
as well as a few of my Hard drives. may be a TOTALLY long, LONG shot but it may be the case.

Post Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
i get missing objects but i been getting it ever since i got the game, but i seen other people Don't get the problem i assume it somthing related to lighting and textures.

Either way i tend to look for the object and grab it and move it around since that tend to make every other invisable object move as well.
