Re: Minecraft Infdev succession
Found my way back by memory.
Made a sign telling which way to go to get to where I was, I have a ton of iron and some gold and stuff at my place.
Gonna make a beacon tower tomorrow so it's easier to see once you get within sight range.

Re: Minecraft Infdev succession
Good heavens, I just tried setting the 3D Anaglyph to ON while wearing my red/blue goggles. I think I don't need to buy all those 3DTV gizmos now, since Notch has invented one that works on any kind of screen.
...I almost passed out when I took off the goggles, though.

They have always worked on any kind of screen.
Those 3DTVs are just kinds that don't distort colors at all.

I don't really know if this is going to be useful since I am so far away from the spawn, but I am going to make it as high as I can before midnight. EDIT : EDIT 2 :

Beautiful.
I'll have to match it's beauty with a construction of my own.

Re: Minecraft Infdev succession
I didn't refill my buckets with magma or water, but I made 4 buckets. My house has 80 iron and something like 200 coal. And a ton of other stuff. EDIT : savefile. http://filesmelt.com/dl/World11234567.rarNow I am going to jump off the top of the tower and see if I can survive. Haha, no damage if you land in water that is 3-deep while holding jump.

Re: Minecraft Infdev succession
Huh. I just thought of something. If we used an SVN somewhere we could have one-click uploading and downloading. I have no idea of how to set that up though. Anybody interested/know how to set it up?

AHAHHAHAHA. Sorry whitty, that was completely unintentional. The posts blended together or something.
Keeping the first post updated might help. Players DM Duh with the save and he replaces the download in there with the new one.

It had 3 images that took up ~1 page each. And the download text was the biggest size you could get.
