I'd really like to make it into a video as well to put on Youtube because I think this is just amazing, I starting saving replays in general now, deleting the unmemorable ones.

Har har, that was a great game, "the little crusader that could". To be honest, I expected to see poor gameplay from you, but you surprised me first with having the correct gun for the KV-1 and then you didn't do even half the beginner mistakes I thought you would! And you were damn lucky VS the Dicker Maxes they should have penetrated much more.

Re: World of TANKS
OMG thank you <3 It means a lot to know I did well, I'm doing a lot better with the KV-1 and the U-11 is just plain fun The rush against the Dicker's was just plain luck, but I suppose since they were mostly shooting at my front on a downward slope I had an advantage But that chase with the VK 3601 was just painful
If you do have any helpful hints or things that I'm not utilising properly I would be happy to hear them.

I'm merrily on my way to the Cromwell. The Covenanter is a ♥♥♥♥ beast, by the way.

Well, im talking with a buddy of mine (hes addicted to WoT) and he said that a Artillery is the most expensive tank in WoT, but also one of the mightiest. I forgot the name, anyone knows it? Its a T-92 or something...

Re: World of TANKS
Actually the T-92 is fairly cheap being as it's only tier 8 compared to the tier 10s T-92: 3,545,000 Any tier 10: 6,100,000

Re: World of TANKS
Artillery, even with the recent repair price increase, is probably still one of the best money makers short of a premium tank up to tier 5. At tier 6 everything tends to go down hill sharply for artillery.
Though technically speaking the BDR G18 is the best non premo money maker.

Tier 5 vehicles are really good at making money.

Credit-wise they are cheaper. And yeah, Tier 5 artys (OMgHUMMEL<3<3) are quite good for making credits. Natti wrote: I'm merrily on my way to the Cromwell. The Covenanter is a ♥♥♥♥ beast, by the way. Also get 1-2 gold(for credits) shells, you might not use them every battle, but the 122mm can murder high tiers with gold. Also you can often hold the right mouse button and see if you can aim on an enemy without stopping (red outline) then way you won't lose speed for no reson.

Re: World of TANKS
So I'm not supposed to use the 85mm for the KV?

Re: World of TANKS
Nooooo. Although it's not bad, it's not as good as the 122mm. See it like this: KV-1 meets many low armored tanks, your 61penetration (160 pen with HEAT, bring 2-5 of them) of the 122mm will often get through the armour and might one-shot them, you do have slow-ish reload, so aim. The 85 will most likely penetrate but you'll have to hit the target ~3-4 times, but you fire fast enough to neglate aiming.
It's a matter of taste I guess, smart-aggresive style : 122mm for sure. Defensive-second line-sniper (there are no sniper tanks btw, no not even TD's they should get up and ambush.) : 85mm

Re: World of TANKS
Some TDs are better at sniping than others, though. The first two turreted yankee TDs, M8A1 and T49 iirc, are pretty damn good snipers with a fast reload and accurate cannons. Also, they have ♥♥♥♥ for armour.

Re: World of TANKS
I feel like the 57mm on the T-34 is good enough to snipe with, really.
