But please, more discussion, less listing.
And seleia, moderating means editing posts to remove offtopic or deleting posts, not being lazy and locking the whole topic. I would apreciate if you did the former.
Starcraft 2 is going to rival WOW pretty much instantly, I think it'll be bigger. Hell, it's a damn sport in korea. Oh, and starcraft online is where it's at. Why would anyone who plays WoW play Starcraft 2? They're entirely different games and play entirely differently. Most of the people who play WoW wouldn't be good at Starcraft 2 anyways.

Who the hell knows what Thanatos was talking about.
But it doesn't matter, I'll change what he said to make more sense.
"When Blizzard stops getting Korean and Chinese idiots to pay assloads to farm gold on World of Warcraft, they'll whip out World of Starcraft."

People are likely to buy more games from a developer they like, and you're doing a huge stereotype when you say "most WoW players will be bad at starcraft II", which I really dislike. There's no reason someone can't be a fan of both.

Re: Discussion: best RTS game.
I like Starcraft and Wow but I kinda got bored of Wow so I stopped my subscription.
Still an amazing game though, the best MMO I've ever seen.

Hey, moderators, want to stop being power-abusing asses and deleting our posts for no reason? Stop being pissy, if you've got a problem with a mod (or mods), take it up with the administration.
As I said, I never implied I play Wow, I said it would rival Wow in terms of popularity. Garnering meaning is fun.
And Starcraft 2 is going to be one hell of a popular game. Hey, perhaps it will even catch on as a sport in America. Which would be totaly bad ass.

Re: Discussion: best RTS game.
Oh my, back to the old days...
Homeworld 2 - complex modification Red Alert in general, or the CnC series... I played those to death and back again. Sudden strike! Man, there was one map that you got reinforcements every time you lost x amount of units - I simply gave them an attack move command, the battlefield was JUST craters, blood and wreckage.
This post was fairly useless, but It's nice to reminisce.

Company Of Heroes also has excellent physics on all destructible objects.

World In Conflict. Has some pretty good physics. Also, Half Life Wars. Basically HL2 in RTS form, it uses Source's physics to full effect.
One of my favorite indie (read: free) RTSes is Battleships Forever. It's been updated with gravity weapons and a full fledged encounter maker.

OOH! Cossacks: European Wars and Cossacks II: Napoleonic Wars. Awesome game, with a seemingly infinite amount of units to command at any one time. Seriously, you can have thousands upon thousands of troops.
