Sure, but the thing is that it's a direct sequel to a game that (supposedly) took itself seriously. It as though the supposed "five years" elapsed time between game 1 and game 2 also hid the arrival of the WACKY FUNTIME REALITY-DESTROYING ALIENS

Uh, kinetic just means "to do with movement", you generally have kinetic energy which is imparted on an object as an impulse, not as kinetic force, but that's more of a terminology problem here I think. So long story short, yes it does. Stuff still moves in space. Also while MW2 was more fun because it was more wacky, both of them are incredibly draining to play for extended periods of time and I don't understand how anyone can do those CoD marathons, bleh.

Yeah I agree with Geti. CoD is best in several hour bites. It's very nice to play after a hard day of work/school, but not good for playing all day on a slow Sunday or something.
I didn't really like the MW2 campaign as much as the first, but that's like three hours out of the dozens I will spend playing each game.

Remember the catapults that Snake, Meryl, and Johnny use to get onto Haven during Act 5? Several urban maps have those, allowing you to get to rooftops and high places quickly and efficiently, landing like a ninja. Does leave you a bit exposed to enemy sharpshooters, as you scream something (depending on which character voice you have) and are visible streaking across the somber sky like a moron.

Re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
I'm told that I was going 'OH OH OHHH OH MY GOD' in a very high-pitched voice. I joined probably about half-way through. Was packing a rapid-fire MP5K and akimbo rangers. Perks were marathon, lightweight, and ninja pro. It really got going when I stole a care package with a pavelow in it. Then I got another kill which got me my emergency airdrop, which had two counter-UAVs and two sentry guns, which was slightly disappointing, but I ran with it. Just after that, I got my chopper gunner, and proceeded to shoot people for about eight seconds, being generous. Also, I think I must have got a regular UAV early on, but I don't remember using it. Sorry again about the indecent exposure, but damn. I'll admit I probably got lucky on one or two occasions, but hey!

I play Modern Warfare 2 occasionally. I have literally bought this game 6 times.

Re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
60 dollars every time. I bought it, sold it after about a week and a half, bought it again, sold it again, bought it again, sold it again, bought it again, sold it again, bought it again, , lost it along with all of my other games, then bought it again. Everyone I play with on Live will not let me not have it. Every time I sold it, they would all start playing it exclusively, then I'd buy it again, and they'd all stop playing it. The whole time they'd be encouraging me to buy it again.

Pete, never underestimate sentry guns. I was packing a hardline class with sentry guns. I had 3 sentry guns in an overlapping pattern in the map with the estate on top of a hill. I got 10 or more kills from sentry guns alone.

Re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
I was more disappointed with double counter-UAVs. Not all that useful in FFA, though I do like them in most team based stuff. Also, somewhat random, but how does a FMJ shotgun round work? Do they make the pellets extra-heavy?
