  Re: Minecraft Survival Multiplayer ServerWell, Industrialcraft SSP has been updated, but the multiplayer does not spawn the requisite ores. So until that has been fixed, I'm postponing installing it.
On the flipside, if you want to go ahead and play around with it, here's a modified client with IC already installed. Just hit the install.bat and it will place the .jar in the correct location, as well as drop in a clean copy of minecraft as a backup. There are instructions in %appdata%/.minecraft/bin as to how to uninstall. If you need or wish to install manually for whatever reason, follow the instructions spoiler'd. |

For one we'd have to regen the entire map, rather than just have the IC people move to a new section of it for the new ores. Additionally, no weather or client rendering updates, meaning laggier client and missing features. Just not fun stuff. At least this way you guys have a chance to play in SSP and you'll be ready for the SMP update without having to do anything. |

I updated the server's OS and restarted it, when it comes up it'll restart the MC server. |
