I looked into it a bit more, and it seems that it takes 3-5 business days to process in addition to a few more days. So if it's not in by the 16th, I guess just do it again.

Changes rolled back (save for groups), I'm going to try to figure out what's going wrong.
No idea when it'll be fixed.
