Re: Left 4 Dead
Versus mode is amazing. It is just too satisfying to punch survivors off of the roof of Mercy Hospital as a Tank.

Re: Left 4 Dead
Has anybody beat the first friggin campaign? I can't do it even on advanced. We've even used tactics, and like 8 molotovs thrown in the mix. It's impossible.

Re: Left 4 Dead
I've finished every campaign on advanced now. Hardest one we had was the Death Toll finale, waiting for the boat, took three restarts to beat that one.

Re: Left 4 Dead
I think it's the same each time. I hate tanks, if every single pellet from the shotgun doesn't hit it, it just won't die.
My favorite campaign is the second one though. The rest are annoying as hell.

Re: Left 4 Dead
It's the best fun you'll have with 3 friends in a long time.
If you're the traditional singleplayer though, who plays for himself, by himself, I can see why you'd avoid it.

Need at least 2 active friends on XBL or Steam for full campaign experience.

Yes, yes I did. Because I'm not the only person in this house that plays L4D.

Re: Left 4 Dead
Well, tomorrow is the first time since release that I can get to my decent (read- post-2003) desktop. I have three hours to burn. What campaign should I go through? I got a little bored with the start of No Mercy, so I think I'll skip that one...

Re: Left 4 Dead
Finish No Mercy, we may have played the first 2 levels to death but the hospital and its roof is one of the best environments in the whole game.
If you really don't want to though, do Dead Air.
