Re: Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks
the co-op guys (
http://revision3.com/coop/santacruzin#rev3Player) actually got me interested in it, I'm a big zelda fan, but I thought PH was very poor, short as hell (what 13 or so small islands? with only a few of those with anything decent to do), and annoying with the main dungeon aspect and dissuaded me from getting ST. with spirit tracks it seems like they've realized most of the major flaws, and the zelda aspect looks really good. still the on rails thing sucks and sounds like somebody said "hmm, we need something different instead of boats in this game... ... ...trains!".
still I'll have to play it myself to see if it's a decent zelda game. and AtomicTroop I really don't believe that the train could be better than the sailing in WW, and the hidden treasures, sea masts/lookouts, rafts and subs really added a lot of content to the game that isn't possible with this on rails system.
