To draw those things... Just paint... I just open an existing one (Copy of it), do mah stuff on it, and save it Wala, its done |

I dont... Lol... And you cant get "Nice smooth shapes" I just use the air brush spray tool thing to "smooth" rough edges with some pixels |

I copy one of the Base.rte files to get the right palette, and then usually use paint to do the basic stuff. I can get pretty nice curves just using the pencil tool. For making the Mats, though, I use GraphicsGale so that I can see the entire palette. |

I use photoshop, so I don't see my objects as they will look in the game until the moment I apply the CC palette. but photoshop allows me to make easely blac contours and shadows , and a bag of other things that would be a pain to make with MSpaint. |

I use paint, and the only tool in it I use is the pencil tool. I draw out my basic idea in complete black line with white Bg and then work my way up from there using colors from the CC Palete. |

I use Paint, but I do a lot of copy-and-paste stuff. I'm going to use CorelDraw to darken the background though. |
