Just wondering. I'm trying to find the simplest way to maximize my levels for a very intricate terrain I'm working on. |

So after a little searching, has anyone suggested created a mod that adds some "terrain palette" paintbrushes for creating in game terrain? They'd probably have to have em in different sizes per type of terrain, but that'd definitely be convenient for making maps instead of having to reload the game each time you edit a map. |

I'm confused are you saying you want to be able to edit the terrain on the fly and have it saved as the terrain file automatically? |

He probably means a bunch of TerrainObjects in the shape of circles that you can use to paint terrain. |

Thats actually an interesting idea for a mod, A Lua'd actor, with no gravity, and guns that basically "paint" terrain(working similarly to that concrete bomb from one of the packs). That would allow for some interesting matches. |

I think an in game terrain editor (Something similar to that Lireo has?) would be a lot more user friendly. Also, over 9000 hours in paint

I do hope you're kidding. And personally, I don't find anything that difficult about using gimp. I think an in-game editor would just complicate things. |

Clearly a reference a popular meme. |

you can't do an ingame terrain editor because you can't save files without attaching libraries you also can't add terrain without making it scrap, and making a scene bmp out of the visible pixels on your dumb terraingen scene would take significantly more work than just editing it in an image editor |
